When you enter the room, everything seems comfortable. The bedding is of good quality and the pillows too. On the other hand, the bathroom deserves a little renovation, the shower hose is broken, the enamel of the bathtub is damaged, the tile joints are rather dirty, and finally I found my black hair on the edge of the bathtub when arriving (I have very short blond/gray hair so it wasn't mine) I'm not going to write a completely negative review but for me the bathroom is a place that must be hygienically perfect . I recommend breakfast which is charged €13.50 but today it is a suitable price, given the choice offered.

The room that we got was on a tiny side. There was no much room to move around. Fortunately one luggage we didn’t need to open. 😀 Just for clarity I want to mention that we booked a room for 3 persons.
The room was cleaned and functional. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom coming from the sewerage.
We tried the breakfast and it was a good idea because we didn’t want to walk around in the morning looking for another place. The offer was not extraordinary but you could find some type of cheese, salami, croissants, bread, pancakes…
The majority of the staff speaks a very good English although not all are confident in their skills.
They were nice to keep our luggage for an hour after checkout.
The hotel is by the lake and is in an area where there are more hotels and restaurants but no shops. Is very close to tram and reception can sell the tickets or you can buy them directly at the station.

A very warm welcome and staff as efficient, professional and welcoming. The receptionists are always very polite (thanks to Jade and Romane as well as Belen for taking my requests into account and the hospitality conveyed). A team that seems in perfect cohesion and very well maintained premises.
The rooms correspond to the presentation of the site, and allow you to rest well (no complaints about cleanliness)
Thanks again to the Provençal team!

OK, first of all this was a really nice hotel in a great location.
The hotel was a 2 min walk from the tram line which allowed east access to town.
There was air con (so good) and the room was a really good size.
Friendly staff and a good bar/restaurant/outdoor area.
The only thing letting it down was a blocked shower that caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom. Other than that it was really good and we wished we stayed another night

Reservation for one night as part of a business trip. I chose this hotel because it is 3 stars but for me it is only worth 2…
2 positive points all the same: the friendliness at the reception, the smile and the comfort of the bed.
But apart from that, deplorable hygiene, I didn't want to complain so I cleaned the bathtub before I could use it.
I didn't check the sheets closely because I wasn't confident.
The walls are damaged, the bathroom was too, stains on the ceiling, the carpets do not appear clean.
The breakfast is far from being wow, no hot salty food (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.), white ham which must have been dated, it had a taste.
In short, I will not return to this hotel.
For a little more money I had the Pullman which is just fabulous but I didn't want to overdo my business.
Personally I would choose the Pullman without hesitation.

Regular customer, I was unpleasantly surprised during my last visit. A more than noticeable drop in the quality of this Inn so much so that I took a Reservation at another Inn for my next trip to Bordeaux. Specifically: Disappearance of the evening food service, air conditioning blocked on cold (I froze all night), mosquito "crushed" on the ceiling whose corpse was on my bed, closet door about to fall, missing the skirting of the shower tray, etc.... In the morning during my Check-out I shared these points at the reception, I was just allowed a "we're sorry" without more. Not even "we'll fix this as soon as possible"... I think the following tenant of my room had the same problems ...

Located in the north of Bordeaux, close to a tram stop, this hotel is very charming. The welcome was very good. The room was clean, comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom and a small tea/coffee tray provided. All these little services are very nice. We had a very good stay.

This hotel was one of a kind. We had a great vacation.
From the reception, to the comfortable rooms, to the restaurant! Everything was perfect.
Splendid receptionists! The room was renovated, clean, fresh, and the bed was phenomenal.
The restaurant was open and had great food! We ordered the chef’s famous burger which was delicious, and the entrecôte which was tender and nicely cooked.
This hotel deserves the hype.
10/10 !

Excellent value for money. Rooms were recently renovated with solid air conditioning, bathroom was superbly furnished.
Very polite and helpful staff. 25 mins to city centre from tram stop right outside the hotel. You will not get more for your money than this place, 100% recommend.

Very nice establishment with super friendly staff, a comfortable room and an excellent breakfast!
Simple dinner table at an affordable price!
Convenient location with tram nearby.
I recommend this establishment which goes beyond the “standards” of the chains…

Bonjour, notre petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans nos formules, nous proposons un petit déjeuner à 10.50€, c'est un buffet à volonté sucré, salé avec boissons comprises.
Cordialement,
Benjamin.
