Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have visited this hotel several times when driving to and from Spain. They have a large turnover of staff, however they have always been friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant isn't great & expensive, I've had anything from cold food served to wrong orders, even though I've ordered in French, I have to unfortunately report that the staff in the restaurant don't appear bothered when it comes to customer service or satisfaction. However the hotel itself is good, so as long as you eat elsewhere it is nice hotel

A hotel to sleep in if you come to visit the city, period, the hotel was not dirty and the bathroom is quite good. The bed is large if one or two people come, and comfortable although it has a very narrow mattress. The extra bed is unbearable, the mattress must be about 6/7 cm wide and all the irons are stuck in, narrow and small. The hotel staff is pleasant although they do not speak Spanish, only one worker does so minimally. We had a problem, when we arrived after seeing Bordeaux, we found the room open (although we made sure to close it properly, since when we got there the first time it was also like that), and although nothing disappeared, it created a certain insecurity, The guy from the hotel kindly assisted us as best he could, although we could not find an explanation, since we asked that they not make the room for us for the two days we were going to stay.
The hotel is on the outskirts, but there is a tram line outside the door that takes you throughout the center. Yes, to that you add that it is a cheaper hotel than those in the center, and you also save what they charge you for parking your car. The trip is much cheaper.
You also have several restaurants in the area for dinner.

We have been coming to this hotel every summer for over 7 years. 2022 had disappointed us a little. But this year, our disappointment is enormous. We got room 412. The mattress is worn. The bed is uncomfortable. The pillows are flat, not very curved. The hotel's ecological policy regarding towels is aberrant. We had 1 thin towel per person. There are no longer the 2 towels (small and large) per person as before. The shower gel is very poorly positioned, difficult to access for left-handed people. The breakfast is disappointing because the price has increased a lot, but the quality is not up to the price. Not everything is fresh.
We won't come back again. We will go to nearby hotels next year.

Loyal to the full range hotels of the Accor group, Platinum level member of the Accor program, my wife and I chose this hotel to spend 3 nights in Bordeaux… what a disappointment!
If the hotel itself has a reception room and friendly staff, the rest leaves something to be desired and when you discuss with the various staff all this is to be blamed on the management of the establishment which imposes an operating policy which makes the stay disappointing!

Indeed, first of all upon arriving I am required to pay in full for my stay or to pre-register for payment but this is not possible for some reason so I am required to pay!
I remind you that I am a member of the Accor program and that when booking I left, which is normal, all the information concerning my means of payment…. At my request of why I am obliged to pay immediately, order linked to the “commercial” policy if I dare say of the management….

Then before taking possession of my room, I am asked if I want it to be clean and made up every day....??? This is the first time someone has asked me this question in a hotel….. if I go to the hotel it is so that my room and the bed are made every day…. Otherwise I rent an apartment on Rbnb….. ditto the reason given to me….. management’s economic policy….

I arrive at 4:30 p.m. at the hotel on a Friday, and the receptionist has to go and check if the room is ready…. Otherwise I am asked to wait until it is finished….

Once in the room, it is spacious (418), however on the bed a sort of mattress pad larger than the box spring and its mattress and a sheet and a duvet just large enough to cover the entire bed...
No trash can in the room, only a small trash can in the bathroom, same no disposable tissue available as is done in all hotels, forced to ask for shampoo at reception because there was none
no longer in the dispenser, only two large towels available….. soap dispensers very poorly placed for washing hands at the sink…. Shower tray very slippery or even dangerous… no welcome bottle of water, cleaning done very soberly because the room is far from clean… in short, I have rarely seen a hotel in the group that is so uncomfortable and pleasant. live, we will not return there again and do not recommend it as long as this management is present with this drastic savings policy, there are plenty of hotels in this area certainly more up to par for a
identical price because if there is one thing that is confirmed, it is that the price in this Ibis remains high for a service well below
what we can expect.

It is totally unacceptable to have customers stay in the unrenovated part, with bathrooms with black joints (photo attached). Vacation ruined! On top of that, I am a regular customer of Accorhotels (at least 10 times a year) and I find myself in this…unacceptable especially since the site is misleading and only shows renovated rooms!
Swimming pool with around fifteen deckchairs and a hotel for at least 100 people…I’ll let you guess what happens next…

Good stay in this hotel
Friendly staff
Correct room, aging
The bedding on the Murphy bed needs to be reviewed, the mattress is worn which makes it very uncomfortable.
Varied, quality breakfast
On the other hand, the price of the night almost doubled on the evening of The Weeknd concert is really exaggerated because the services remain the same!!

Correct welcome. Clean room but the bedding is not acceptable. Noisy hotel because customers do not respect the neighbors' sleep. Breakfast expensive for the quality of the products, and served in the Courte Paille restaurant which is aging and whose smells from the previous evening's grills are persistent... too bad

Clean, pretty but the basis of a Pension remains bedding and it is sincerely not comfortable. Foam mattress + foam top mattress so the feeling of the slats is not comfortable.

Breakfast is okay but still light for 12,50€

The welcome is rather nice despite the smell of cannabis and the swollen eyes of the host

Exaggerated Award for all this

I was there with my wife and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and its location *close to many other restaurants, although a COURTEPAILLZ is on the ground floor. Very kind staff who listen to customers. Our requests were taken into account. The small bar on the ground floor allowed us to have an aperitif before dinner. I recommend without hesitation.

Very good option if you are driving. Free parking and the tram a 3-minute walk takes you straight to the city center. The room we got was very spacious, and the breakfast was correct. As an extra point, they had a very quiet pet cat that walked outside the premises at their leisure and inside had its place on a couch.
