Im from Portugal and I’ve tried to call the hotel to make a reservation because I had a few questions. The person who picked the phone answered me with: “no I don’t speak in English, wait a moment”, and it was 30min waiting. After that time I end the call, and tried once again, she saw it was me and got me straight to the holding line over and over again. So if you don’t speak French, don’t try to call, and I can’t imagine in person. Terrible service.

If you don’t have a car this place is not for you. It’s out of the way for public transport. There are quite a few restaurants dotted about within a five minutes drive but not really anything within walking distance. There’s a big shopping centre too with an Auchan for supplies. We had a car and used this hotel for a base for visiting lots of different cities, towns etc and was brilliantly located for us. The plentiful and free parking was an extra bonus.
Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was bigger than expected and clean. There was plenty of utensils, plates etc to use in the small kitchenette. Everything was a bit dated but in good order. The only two problems were that there was no shower curtain/screen and the fuse box on the wall had no cover so looked ugly. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was a good place to use as a base.
Overall the place was perfectly fine for the price as long as you aren’t using public transport. Nothing special but worth the price paid

This hotel was booked by Wowcher as part of their deal. The area felt very unsafe and dirty. Lots of rubbish outside on the path. Location is a long way from the centre via public transport and a short walk from public transport. People hanging around the entrance of the hotel making you feel uncomfortable. Rooms were disgusting. Very old and tired. My bed was uncomfortable with a very lumpy mattress. The bathroom had a rusty towel rail and was generally very old. The lift was graffitied. Nothing good about the place. I was asked for a security deposit of €35 upon arrival which has never been refunded. I challenged them the morning after we arrived as it had actually been debited from my account and not just held in pending. The receptionist argued with me that it wouldn't have been actually debited but it was. She assured me I would receive an immediate refund after checking out but I'm still waiting and sure it will never be returned. what a joke. Nothing positive about the place. Definitely does NOT look like the photos

Please never stay here. Better to add some money for your comfort but not go to All suites! Writing that sitting at the floor near by door of my room. I went to the hotel from the city in 11-35 pm and… surprise… the card doesn’t work - I can’t go inn and… I would find another hotel and on the morning I will tell them all what I thinking about them. But…I need to take my pils. They are inside the room. That’s the problem. Nobody at reception. Nobody is answering if you are calling. I just called booking and they trying to help… let’s see how show will be developing.

Booked this on booking dot com in a hurry and ended up in a Doss house! Seems to be a social halfway house, smells bad is run down and is noisy. miles from the city as well. Didn’t fancy walking outside in the evening to the nearest food outlet so left in the morning. AVOiD!

Arrived late to hotel with two children and we were horrified. We just left the next morning. This hotel is nothing like the photos and is in an industrial park. Rubbish everywhere. The rooms are filthy . Genuinely felt unsafe here. Place should be shut down. Don't waste your money booking here cause you will check out. Worst place we've ever seen.

One of the worst hotels ever... Lousy service, dirty, they won't clean up the room, and forget to change towels. Really a place to avoid... For a 3 stars hotel, they should loose at least two of them... Breakfast is what you should expect at this level, but it's the only point that lives up to the expectations. Oh, yes, and expensive for the service you get...

Stayed here on way back to Spain with 2 large dogs. Unlike other hotels who claim to be dog friendly, this one really was. They gave us an outside suite ( small but comfortable) - I think they call them Cozy Studios. They emailed answers to all my questions regarding the dogs in a timely manner.
Also, although in a sort of industrial estate, you can walk up a little lane quite close by which has a grass verge and where they can ‘go’.
Receptionist was delightful and very helpful. She arranged for a takeaway pizza to be delivered right to our room. Such a helpful lady. A really pleasant stay and will now be our staple stopping place.

This "hotel" was more like a truck stop. It looked tired and unclean. We chose to pay for another hotel in the area as we were not prepared to stay the night here. It felt very unclean and we did not feel comfortable staying here.

Nice big apartment located just outside of Bordeaux but close to bus route. Short walk to many other hotels and restaurants and also the football stadium.Was clean and modern. Small kitchenette but was perfect for a weeks stay.
