VERY disappointed, I wrote & asked about parking, where to park etc. on arrival, the area around the hotel is under HEAVY construction, we got stuck, walked to the hotel to find out how to get there with the car.. I find it VERY inappropriate that they did not disclose the road closures and needing to arrive a different way, and that there was so much construction. The check in person could not answer why these things were not disclosed and then had the gaul to ask me if I had written and asked them - how would I know to ask this? But I had written just 2 days prior they should have told us which way to arrive due to road closures. We were told to leave our luggage in the lobby, then park the car - only after depositing our luggage were we told "oh the elevator is broken in the garage you will have to take the stairs" what if someone was handicapped, as it is I have a bad back and the stairs were difficult. I waited above while my husband parked, after the first time. Again this information was not disclosed until after we brought our luggage in. The typical hotel breakfast, undercooked scrambled eggs, a few pieces of meat, cheese, a baguette, stale croissants - how they justify charging these prices when you can get a 3 course meal all over town for 13.50 at lunch.
Our room was on the 8th floor, had nice view overlooking the rooftops of the schools, you could see one of the church spires in the distance, the bed was comfy, they did have 2 pillows for each person, which is good when sitting up in bed. The kitchen was well equipped though a sign telling you that you need to obtain soap, sponge and dish towel at the front desk would have been nice. You cannot control between heat and AC, since it was a lovely warm day we had to keep the window open much of the time. There were hairs in the shower, not ours, but otherwise the actual room was good, & comfortable. It seems clear this place deliberately withheld info in order to get reservations.

Modern apart-hotel, big room , big closet great kitchenette that had all we needed for our long stay. Great bathroom. Very well located.
I think they need to do a better effort with the cleaning and the front desk people did not tell us that since we were a long stay, they were supposed to clean the room only once in a week. We found out the third day when I went to ask the lady at the front desk. She said they will do it Monday. On Monday when we came back they had not come. SO I have to ask them again. Finally on Tuesday we got somebody to do it. Other than that we were very pleased with the apartment.

We stayed at this hotel in September, and it was in an ideal position. The city was about a 15 minute walk and there were plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The hotel was a modern building with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on the 4th floor and was quiet and clean. There was a small kitchen area with a kettle and microwave and a nice bathroom with good shower. Top tip .. on the way in from the airport we paid £70 for the half an hour taxi journey but the hotel recommended for the return journey we catch the No 1 bus which was just around the corner from the hotel and for both of us it cost £3 and it only took 45 minutes.

We stayed here for a long weekend during the rugby World Cup. We used the Lidl around the corner to get bits and pieces that we needed for the room. Staff at reception were always very helpful and friendly.
The location is good, about 15 minutes walk to Place de la Victorie which was a beautiful square with plenty of bars and restaurants around it. If you want to go further into Bordeaux, I would recommend getting bikes or scooters to travel. We downloaded the Dott app for scooters which made getting around the city so easy and cheap too. There were a few scooters parked very close by the apartments.
The room itself was very basic and not very clean. Check out is as 12pm but a maid had walked into our room at 9.30pm without knocking which was a bit disappointing.
Overall if it’s a budget friendly option that you are after I think this place is perfect, but if you want more luxury and cleaner options then stay elsewhere. Wi-Fi was good.

Before staying here, I’d read the reviews posted about the cleanliness, staff etc and became so worried that I nearly cancelled my booking. However, I’m very glad I did not! Yes, the area is not the best but it’s also just a short walk to the main tram line which gets you anywhere you want in the centre. The apart hotel itself was great. Communal areas and my room was very clean and tidy. The room itself (Comfort Double) was spacious, well designed and had great aircon (much needed for the 41 degrees weather). Staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. For the price I paid for my stay, I really couldn’t wish for anything more. A fantastic bargain in a beautiful city. Certainly worth taking a day trip to St Emilion whilst staying in the area.

Great clean hotel apartment with little kitchen and plenty of space. Comfortable beds, welcoming staff. Parking available under hotel for 10.50 Euros per day. Easy walk into old town. Or pick up a scooter from Link (download app Superpedestrian) and whizz in along the many cycle tracks along the river all the way up.

My stay at All Suites Bordeaux Centre Marne was deeply disappointing and failed to meet basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. The room's condition was unacceptable, with dirty towels, unclean walls, and a dust-covered fan. I documented these issues with photographs for reference. Upon reporting these problems to reception, I was informed that such conditions were 'normal' for Building F. An employee explained that this building is shared with students year-round, which may account for some issues but does not justify the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. The absence of air conditioning in 'economic' studios was not clearly communicated during the booking process. This crucial information should be more prominently displayed to prevent unexpected discomfort for guests. In a quiet area,near the train station and about 2km from city centre. The no1 bus from the airport stops just 100m . Tram stations are around close to the hotel.The room was big and as it seems in the pics . We used the kitchen facilities for making breakfast and that was a plus . Bed was comfortable,there is a big tv and the bathroom was big .Free Wi-Fi is provided. They try to clean the room one day but we were still in the room but unfortunately they didn’t clean it not once (we stayed one week)

I hate to say it, but my stay at this hotel was a real letdown from start to finish. When I arrived, the reception desk didn't exactly roll out the red carpet. I felt like I was bothering them just by checking in, which isn't the warm welcome you hope for after a long journey. As I made my way to my room, I couldn't help but notice the hallways could use a good clean. Things didn't improve much when I got to my room. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues that made me pretty uncomfortable, and the kitchenette looked like it hadn't seen a good scrub in ages. There were stains on the tiles that I'm pretty sure weren't part of the original decor. Hoping to salvage my stay, I asked about switching rooms. They said they could do it, but only if I coughed up an extra 90€. Talk about adding insult to injury! I tried to speak with the manager to sort things out, but apparently, he was too busy to chat. Instead, I was told to email my complaints. Not exactly the personal touch I was looking for. At this point, I'd had enough and asked for a refund so I could find somewhere else to stay. No dice on that front either. Left with no other options, I packed up my bags and booked it to another hotel.

There are two buildings. One building probably with lower cost and there is no air conditioning. The other building probably with higher cost and there is air conditioning. We went there in June and it's completely alright to stay in the building without air-conditioning. Simply open the window.
There are more places to choose from in the Bordeaux area.
