The best hotel in Strasbourg. Its the newest, modern rooms beautiful atmosphere and abience. We had the suite, we are a couple and 2 kids (8 years and 5 years)-my kids slept on the big sofa bed which turns into a king bed.
Breakfast had a good selection, i just wished they offered more egg options.
Staff were super friendly,
It felt very safe. The location is just 2 mins walk from Primark and Uniqlo and 5 mins walk from the old town center and all the shopping streets.
Couldnt resist sitting everyday in the courtyard in the middle of the hotel, during brekfast and even at night for tea and deserts.
The ladies staff on recepetion were AMAZiNG!
Paid Parking is available walking distance from hotel. The hotel offered us a good discount for the Parking.
Althougb this hotel doesnt offer roomservice, the restaurant accepted to get my food to my room when they knew its for my kids.
Thank u Leonor Hotel

The hotel is really nice and the building is spectacular. I love a nice old building that has been restored with class and imagination. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was at breakfast, when I asked for fresh orange juice after I saw another customer getting a glass and the waiter said they did not have it. I did not want to complain so I just ignored it. Other than that, the stay at Leonor was lovely and the location is nice because it is much quieter than been right in town and you can walk from there to any place within five to ten minutes. The staff is cordial at the front desk and very helpful too.

We stayed one night at this hotel during our road trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and breakfast. The interior is beautiful and stylish. Staff were very welcoming and helpful-esp. breakfast staff. The junior suite was perfect for us ) couple with one child) because it has a fold out bed which was set up nicely upon arrival. I would recommend this hotel and stay again on our next visit to Strasbourg.

I really wanted to love this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very good. However, I’d recommend either staying elsewhere or be willing to pay a premium rate with the most robust cancellation options possible. I had a pay for an extra unused day, because I had to leave early (early enough to make the appropriate checkout time) due to a pending French rail strike and had to ensure I got to where I needed to for my international flight. I explained this to the hotel staff. Despite events beyond my control and even some French officials encouraging people to make alternative travel arrangements to avoid disruptions, this was of absolutely no concern to the hotel staff, and they absolutely will not work with you…it will be just a way to make some more money off of you. I would’ve been happy to give 5 stars in normal circumstances, but it felt like the hotel was more interested in taking advantage of a situation even if it was beyond my control, and it really left an overall bad impression.

We went to Strasbourg from Colmar and stayed for a night. It's quite a long walk from the train station (with luggages in tow), but we managed. Took an uber on the way back. Location of the hotel is good, all the main Christmas markets were within walking distance, with the biggest one at Place Broglie just round the corner.
Room was spacious for 2 people, bathroom was a bit basic but adequate, and bedroom slippers were provided when requested. Breakfast spread was amazing.

Checked in overnight as part of a travel group. Unfortunately our room key cards weren’t correctly validated and hardly any worked.
Got key cards revalidated and all went well. The room was spacious, well equipped and the bathroom had a walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable.
Most of the group ate elsewhere but a small number of us ate in the hotel’s bar brasserie and with what they called ‘snack dishes’ which were large and very filling!
Breakfast was self-service in the restaurant with a very wide range of hot and cold dishes.
Then we reluctantly checked out. Leonor Hotel, Strasbourg is a definite ‘must do again’ go to hotel.

Top location, of the stylishly converted old building is perfect. The staff knows what it means to be hospitable.
All staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive to all requests.
The rooms have partly high ceilings with stucco, the view of the lively courtyard is sensational. The bed is outstanding.
Breakfast is second to none. If you taste all the local delicacies, you won't need a meal so quickly.
The restaurant is recommended, as is the bar. In the courtyard, both the aperitif and the sundowner taste.
The location is perfect starting point for all Things to do in and around Strasbourg.
We will definitely come back and look forward already now.
Behind the house there is a parking lot, otherwise the hotel offers a cooperation with a parking garage nearby. If you arrive by train, the hotel is within walking distance.

A really nice, tends to be luxurious hotel, very centrally located with beautiful courtyard, huge lobby and tastefully appointed rooms that are sparkling clean and very spacious. Nevertheless, there were a small drops of sadness, because our room offered a view to the rear. Didn't really fit the imposing entrance and appealing ambience. Another negative point: There are decidedly too few parking spaces for this hotel size. Getting one of these is a matter of absolute luck. It is also cumbersome to reach at the back of the hotel and unfortunately has no direct connection. I expected more from this value for money.

Absolutely beautiful design. Everywhere there was something to amuse or delight.
And the breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses.
The location was great for strolling to the cathedral area and a 15 minute walk from Petite France. Perfect hotel.

Did a city break to Strasbourg, stayed here for three nights. Very comfortable, very clean. Perfect breakfast with a great choice of foods and drinks. Lovely peaceful courtyard where you could eat breakfast and lounge around, have an aperitif. The drinks fridge was restocked each morning, fruit juice and water free of charge. Coffee and tea available in room. Staff spoke English.
