Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Decor is very tired but basically clean. Credit cards are NOT accepted. Good restaurant nearby so no need to go into city centre for evening meals. Good links to the M7.

Ideal location, lovely bedroom, and good variety among breakfast options. Friendly hosts. I used it as a stop-over place of rest for going between Limerick and Shannon (family occasion), and it was the perfect solution for my plans.
