Good Evening, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. My apologies that it did not meet our usual high standards, I was just wondering if you could get in contact to go through some of the problems, As we would really like to see if there is anything we can do to stop people from having any of the same issues in the future. I would really appreciate it. Kind Regards, Maire Reception

The photos don't do it justice. This is the complete package, merging traditional hospitality with modern convenience. The decor is again traditional with a bright contemporary feel. The room was spacious and comfortable , providing a good quiet nights sleep. Functional en-suite bathroom with a bath and powerful shower. For The price one of the best hotels We have stayed in. Wi-Fi worked well and plenty of on site parking. Breakfast offered a wide range of freshly cooked and cold options. All the staff we met were friendly but above all efficient. Located within walking distance of Tralee Town Centre.

Booked three rooms as we were attending a marathon. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Only negative is the bed is a bit small, standard double. We ate in the bar and the food was good quality and tasty. There was a lot of staff on the floor, which did result in constant interruptions at the table to clear every glass as it emptied etc. The second evening we were booked for dinner. We advised the staff of this but 4 different staff asked us some more than once from 3pm onwards if we were ready to order food. Staff seemed quite junior and maybe just lacked supervision on the floor. They were all very friendly and helpful. Very surprised that last orders were at 22:30, with current restrictions allowing bars to open to 23:30, we found 22:30 too early. Breakfast was fantastic, lovely dining room and great selection on the breakfast menu. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Good Evening, Thank you so much for such a kind review, It is really appreciated. My apologies for the interruptions by staff during your evening meals, We are currently training in some lovely new staff who are very eager to help and really appreciate you understanding still mentioning how nice they all are. With regards to last orders in the bar at 10;30pm it is more to enable staff to close up and be out of the bar by 11:30pm in line with the current guidelines, but we are hoping that we can soon be back to our later closing time in line with the easing of restrictions. Thank you so much for telling us these details as it gives an opportunity to improve on our service which is really important to us. We would love to welcome you back to the hotel again & Congratulations on a really tough marathon done! Kind Regards, Maire Reception
