Home away from home atmosphere, service and value for money outstanding, all the staff make it from Katie who is the first to greet you to each and every member. So please dont change a winning formula. Location excellent, food amazing and very good value. Will be back for the Christmas experience, if not sooner.

We had a one night stay at the Imperial Hotel for leisure. The hotel is in the heart of Tralee and is very well situated near the town park / museums / pubs / restaurants. We had food in the restaurant which was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was spotless and comfortable with complementary coffee / tea. The receptionist and staff in the hotel is what made the stay special - nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely helpful with everything. We hope to return again soon -

We had booked a room in the imperial hotel tonight 10th October 21 to finish of our holiday. Jes what a disgrace. The room we were given on arrival was disgusting. Floor not hoovered, hairs in the bath, bathroom mirror very dirty and fittings rusty. We then were given the keys to view two other rooms and both were equally as bad. We were offered a refund after viewing third room which we took but nothing offered as a consolation as we tried to find another hotel. Very disappointed and disheartened to see the hotel in such a state in these times we are in.

Dear Tripadvisor Reader, I can assure you that our rooms are not as described , as can be seen from our previous reviews all year. Sometimes, the style of a Hotel does not match what a guest expects, and that is I guess what happened this time. Reasons for wanting to leave were fabricated. I inspected all rooms after these guests departed and all three were ready for sale. As it was obvious this guest would not stay , a refund was offered immediately after the first room was viewed because if a guest says this about a room , they have already decided to leave. When the guests came to leave they were asked if they required help in booking another Hotel but informed us they already had another local hotel booked? I wish the guest happy travelling in the future. Derek Carroll Manager

A central location ,close to shops ,pubs , restaurants and Museum. Although you need not go far to eat as there is a great bar restaurant on the premise where the staff are top class. The hotel has a with a quaint old style elegance to it, the breakfast room is lovely as is the food.
