Saw this hotel was available on line. rang directly and was told full. went back on line and booked room straight after the call. 2 hours later arrived. Receptionist could not answer a simple question of issuing a vat receipt. looked at me as if I had 2 heads. a lovely man came out from back office to explain in 1 sentence. Which was perfect. I then had to ask where the room was located. Why did that receptionist say it was full , even though I new hotel was selling rooms on booking.com and their own website . Why did she let a sell directly go on the phone?. I booked directly after the call with bookings.com. 169 for the room. Carpet stained. Base of bed ripped and first thing you see when you enter the room.

Myself and partner denis came to stay in your hotel dates been from Tuesday the 5 th of oct 21 to thursday the 7 th of oct. 21 and if I say for me it was actually was the worst stay we have ever experened it defemally wasn't worth the money which we spent the first room was supposed to be a supior room part of our date nite package but to be turly honnested It just looked like a basis room and we had to be changed from that room as the floor in the bathroom was leeking and then we went to our date nite which was wonderful I must say. Only on our voucher it never said that there was a drink for each of us included for each of us with our meal. And I was charged for one of the drinks until I bought it to the attention of one of team at the *front desk but in my opinion this ;this should not have happenered. Our stay in kilarney was not great. And it would kind of put me off staying there the next time we go to stay in kilarney

Stayed in a superior room which I felt wasn't worth the money, it was clean but room was very basic for the price paid for a superior room. Couldn't fault any staff members working there, all were lovely and friendly . I had booked a one night stay in superior room with a three course meal and breakfast next morning. Dinner was a bit of a rush job being honest, we had booked for 7 that night in the restaurant and we ordered starter at 7:10 it came out 5 mins later then after that our main was thrown up to us so dinner was over within half hour , wouldn't book dinner again as wasn't much choice available on menu , we didn't even stay for desert. It's a fine hotel if your on a weekend away with girls or lads as it seems to cater more for that type of group but not for a couples break .

Room had heated floor tiles in the bathroom, room was spacious. Bed was honestly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever been in and the bathroom was just amazing. The place was spotless. Staff were really friendly. Shout out to Daniel in the bar who was super nice and chatty when we went to pick up our food. Couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend this place. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Chose this hotel because close to ring road to get in/out of Killarney & also its good value. Were not disappointed. Food was excellent also served in the pub that formed part of the hotel. No lift unfortunately but we were only on the first floor. Plenty of parking.
