Service was awesome. Kudos to the front desk gentleman upon our check-in. I had booked two rooms: one junior suite and one premium room for our son. The first junior suite we were given was not what we were expecting for the price point, so I asked if there were any renovated suites available. The kind front desk gentleman promptly found us one, took us personally to the room for viewing prior to switching, then brought the new room keys to us and helped us move our bags. Our junior suite with balcony was modern, spacious and beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. Equally nice on a smaller scale was the premium room. We were all very pleased.
The morning staff always promptly made us the most delicious coffee at the coffee bar and were so friendly. It made us feel welcome. The staff at the Chancery Grill and the Dyflin bar, for lunch upon arrival, coffee/pastries every morning and drinks at night was superb. They were all so friendly, efficient and kind and made our stay a true joy.
The only problem we had was that the duvet on our bed was way too hot… no matter how low we turned the AC at night. We eventually had to ask for a sheet and blanket instead so we could actually sleep. This would have been nice to have had in the room already so we could have opted to swap it out ourselves right away. Also, we paid an upgraded rate to have a balcony, which was very nice, but we couldn’t see anything out of it since the surrounding walls were solid. The main purpose of choosing a room with a balcony was to have a view, even if it was just the courtyard. Other than that, our suite was outstanding! The housekeeping staff did a phenomenal job. We had a very pleasant stay.

It is a very well-preserved hotel, with a comfortable and large parking lot in its basement (€20 per day), very well located, less than 5 minutes from St Patrick's Cathedral and the main shopping streets.
The rooms are spacious, modern, with a very large and comfortable bed, although the pillows could be improved. The soundproofing of the room next door could also be improved. The bathroom is modern and spacious.
The hotel's wifi is correct
Breakfast is very good, varied and with very good quality products.

From the Reception to the Bar to the rooms to the dining areas - all modern, airy, quality furnished and welcoming. Breakfasts with large variety of very fresh food and obliging chefs for cooked items to order. Bar has large variety of drinks and great staff, we spent a lot of time in some great bars but actually no one made cocktails as good as these guys. Pornstar Martini to die for. Modern rooms, spotlessly clean with latest bathroom and shower fittings. Staff super friendly and professional. Super hotel

We stayed at the start of December, we wanted somewhere close enough to city Centre and not too far away from the zoo as we have a 3 year old boy and 18 month girl. I cannot express enough gratitude for this hotel our stay was smooth and amazing from start to finish. We were checked in smoothly and had no problem finding our room with clear explanation from the reception staff. As our kids were asleep we were able to relax at the lobby and grab some food and drink. The room was spacious and beautiful with the most fabulous painting hanging above the bed with provided a sense of the utmost luxury. The staff had added an extra bed in our room for comfort so myself and my husband were able to get a wonderful night of sleep. On the 3rd of December we woke up ready for breakfast and usually when you have two toddlers it can be a stressful task especially when staying in a hotel however the breakfast was the most stress free one we had ever experience. We were greated by a lovely young hostess named Abigail, she seated us in a spacious corner booth that provided sufficient space with two energetic little ones. Server Kristina offered a hand getting snacks for the babies and entertaining them while we got our own food, walking the kids around the breakfast area and giving us the time to be able to get some food into us. As we finished our breakfast lovely Maria helped us get ourselves together to be able to leave the breakfast room hassle free. Just before checking out we had to organize our things and the lovely lobby staff named David made us feel relaxed and welcome as he played with our babies and made them laugh so much that by the time we had to check out we were sad to leave. Overall the most amazing experience we received the most amazing service and felt more welcome and looked after than when we had stayed at other hotels. 10/10 would stay there every time.

My husband and I are huge fans of the Radisson Blu chain as it always feels like home away from home (we also got engaged in 2022 whilst staying at the Radisson Blu in Tromso!). The style, the cleanliness, the comfort of the hotel and also the friendliness of the staff made our stay in Dublin just fabulous. We both slept so well and undisturbed which for a Saturday night in Dublin we have to say we didn’t expect! I absolutely wanted to give this review 5 stars but there was one thing which needs mentioning which is the toilet brush… some hotels don’t have them due to hygiene and others do. Our room had a toilet brush in the bathroom, however, there was no bottom to the holder and so should you use the toilet brush then toilet water would drip through the holder and onto the bathroom floor which isn’t very hygienic at all. This is my only qualm though - everything else was perfect!

Had the best stay at the Radisson Blu. The location is excellent - close to Grafton Street, St Stephen's Green, Dublin Castle, lots more tourist-y places like museums, great shopping and food nearby. Also very close to the Liffey (in case you want to visit the Temple Bar area or go north of the river). Their breakfast was lovely (lots of variety in hot and cold food both) and great value for money. The chef was very accommodating - I got smoked salmon every day even though it wasn't part of the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and spacious and the residential part of the hotel was secure (something we were looking for, since it was just me and my mother). The cleaning staff were excellent and very sweet. Reception was always very helpful and accommodating, even when we experienced credit card problems. A huge shoutout to David, the lovely gentleman who works there, who was always humming a cheerful tune, always incredibly helpful and who (along with the rest of the staff) gave us the warmest welcome to Ireland!

You'll struggle to find a better location to stay in Dublin for business or leisure. The hotel is seconds away from an array of bars and restaurants in a nice part of town, it's close to many tourist attractions and is within walking distance of most key 'business locations'. Rooms & bathrooms are large and contemporary , super clean with luxurious bedding on a very comfy bed, the room had a mini fridge, tea & coffee facilities and a safe and I loved that there is an ice machine on every floor ! Good security as you need your key in the lift to access the floors. As for the Radisson breakfast - never fails to disappoint, an abundance of choice in a bright and well stocked area. Staff were wonderful, friendly and efficient. All in all - a great stay.

Excellent hotel, 2 steps from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from Trinity.. Paid parking and spa (for a fee) a little small but definitely beautiful.. Top breakfast at a cost of €20 per person.. Room of the right size and bed with exceptional topper, very quiet and giant.. I highly recommend it especially for long stays

Clean and tidy in the room (Superior room this time) Also responds to emails quickly, as we had some questions before we arrived - recommended 100% / Room 348 Aasa & Leonard Hagberg

Chose this hotel away from the noise of the main centre.10 min walk easy to find, very comfy bed, modern clean room, ice machine on each floor and also asked them to open a bottle of wine at the bar that we purchased from the shop opposite, they also provided us with glasses for our room. Friendly staff. However there was a very loud party at the hotel all night, that went on into early hours with guests wandering around the hotel keeping us awake until 4/5am

The carpark is underground to the hotel, plenty of spaces. I would suggest to email the hotel direct for pricing as can't remember how much it cost us.
