Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nous avons bien été reçu dans cet hôtel, qui nous a fourni de belles chambres spacieuses, propres et très confortables.

Au bar personnel agréable et compétent.

Quant au restaurant, nous sommes tous assez déçus par la prestation.

We booked for St Patrick's day dog show and have to say it was lovely the staff were very helpful and the underground car park was excellent for letting the dogs loose for a safe run.
We stayed in March and would Definately go again.

I have spent 11 nights in this hotel about one month ago. Everything was fine, stuff was very friendly. Nice room, comfortable bed, perfect temperature during nights and days. Public transport, shops, city centre, tanning salon, park, cinema are close to the hotel. I want to go back this hotel third time as well. Thanks for everything.

We booked this apartment because the website suggested it's a nice apartment close to where we needed to go for a wedding we were attending. It turned out to be miles away on the M1 and cost a bomb in the taxi the hotel booked us. The apartment itself was extremely basic with a very musty smell throughout the rooms and was very cold. The door constantly slams when anyone moves in the corridor outside but security is good because we had a chain on the door and security downstairs in the hotel. The shower is good as long as you like having a quick wash....beware that the water will turn cold after 10 minutes and if you use both showers at the same time then prepare to both wash in cold water! The website suggested there would be a welcome basket with biscuits and coffee and a hairdryer....we searched and finally found 2 hairdryers hidden away but no biscuits at all! There is no weekend room service so our towels and linen weren't changed for 2 days. Also there is only one TV in the two bedroom apartment so we had to sleep in the cold living room to watch TV. The apartment is ideal for easy access to Dublin airport (free shuttle bus) and the city centre (good bus service) however the area is completely isolated and has a few housing estates full of run-down flats and we even saw the fire service and Garda called out to a burning flat visible from our window (scarily this was not the only fire in the area as we heard about several others on the local radio in the days before). There is no sense of community spirit and the locals were quite rude and intimidating (we even saw a group of youths smoking on the bus). On arrival we received a key and a card to swipe on entry to the hotel but found out that the card has to be swiped every single time you want to re-enter the apartment. After the wedding we arrived back at 2am and the card didn't work so we were left in the cold until we finally got the attention of the security guard in the neighbouring hotel. There are very few shops around unless you want take aways i.e chicken or pizza however there is a Eurospar and Costa Coffee a stones throw away from the hotel although it does close fairly early.
We travel a lot and have stayed in some pretty good places and are not easily disappointed but this apartment and its awful location really disappointed us because the website suggested it is "furnished to a luxurious 4 star standard" and "offers all the conveniences of home with spectacular views of the surrounding city" but this was not our experience at all.....the apartment is very basic in an awful location and the views are of council flats (some burning!) and very busy roads. Thankfully we made it an enjoyable experience despite our dissatisfaction.
