The staff were very friendly and check in/out speedy. The room was pretty big and clean. Excellent location. The price was very good however it did not include breakfast but that allowed us to explore places around for a morning coffee.

Our favourite stay in Inverness is the Glen Mhor, just back from a 3 night stay and was excellent once again. Our room was perfect we booked a Suite and got a ground floor room over looking the Gorgeous River, at night was stunning. Breakfast was included and was top class, down to the food and service. Excellent service all round. We will be back in the new year. 👏👏👏

1-the quilt cover didn't do up. 2- the quilt cover looked like it had been nibbled on by mice. I took pictures but your sight won't let me add them as its too big 😏 3- the barman in the bar was rude and doesn't know how to smile or greet his guests. 4- breakfast was slow service and was cold.we only had breakfast twice out of a 4 night stay The young man on reception though was amazing and lovely (sat morning 20th Nov 2021)

We would also be more than happy to discuss your stay and understand what happened. I would like to hope that your comments are not representative of the Waterside restaurant.
