Absolutely relaxing stay. Fabulous welcome, loved the champagne at check in, so much so we had a bottle later on. Staff were very professional and courteous. The dinner was superb, very flavoursome and the portions were just right for hungry country folk on a day or two away. Thanks to a Steve and the rest of the hotel staff team. 😊

This Hotel is absolutley lovely in all aspects! Very warm welcome and we had a lovely glass of champagne while we sat in the lounge and were checked in. When we were ready, we were shown to our room where there was a sealed sanitised sticker on the door. The concierge showed us around our room and where everything was. The room was immaculate, clean, tidy and had everything we needed with a few extras that were a nice touch. The grounds are lovely and very well maintained. The whole Hotel is immaculate, tidy, clean and very well kept. The staff are incredible, nothing was too much of an ask and they are all very well presented and very friendly. All the staff were brilliant but a special mention to Duncan in the restaurant who went out of his way to accommodate us and made time to talk to us each time. He even convinced my husband to try haggis! The bar area was very cosy and the bar staff were fun to watch making all of the drinks. There was a nice elegance to the bar and the Hotel itself. Its situated in a very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to the town centre and to Ness Islands and the Bontanic gardens. Its far enough away to avoid the noise but close enough you can walk to everything. There isn't anything negative i can say about this Hotel, everything was just brilliant. We will be back for another visit...just in a bit warmer weather! I would 100% recommend this Hotel, it may cost more than a standard hotel but its worth every extra penny!

Well managed nice hotel which tries hard to make your stay comfortable. The hotel has a bit of an awkward layout and you must trek to your room. We recommend rooms on the first floor over looking the garden. A lovely breakfast is included. Daily maid service along with a turn down at night. Beautiful sheets and a very comfortable bed. Good value during the off season!

I love your review title, and thank you so much for your guest review. Delighted you had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the facilities. We opened Ness Walk in 2019 in a converted listed building. Whilst this makes the walk to the bedroom a little longer hopefully you appreciate the stunning listed building and how well the new modern building extention works and is stunning to look at. Appreciate the other feedback and hopefully see you again on your next visit to Inverness Kind Regards Craig Ewan Operations Director

Spent 2 nights at Ness Walk Hotel, 2 nights stay we will never forget, from check in till check out we were treated like royalty, glass of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. Hotel, food and staff were outstanding, we ate in the Torrish restaurant both nights. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay first class. Will definitely be back, would highly recommend.
