Very basic, not worth the price we paid for one night with no breakfast. Definitely just paying for the location next to The Hydro. Staff were very nice and rooms were clean but won’t go back. Paper cups in the rooms and a lovely hole in the bathroom wall.

Nothing fancy about this hotel but it's ideal for a night or 2. Clean and beds were comfy. Good location for events at SECC etc and a short walk to a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Hotel has a car park which is also handy.

Booked a 3 bed family room for a Sunday Night at £65 per night which is very reasonable for a city centre hotel. However inquired about another room two months later for a Thursday night and the price rocketed to £236 per night. When I asked at reception they told me "that's

Thank you for the review and comments we as all hotels do work a Demand Based Pricing Strategy as Airlines do so its about availability and demand. We are in a great part of Glasgow next to the SECC and Hydro so can get busy and we have limited parking but they are 2 big car parks one in front of the hotel between us and the Rotunda and the Multi Story car park behind us so plenty of parking available. I am sorry the answer from the Reception team was not more informative I will speak to them I appreciate the feedback and thank you again for he rating.

Thank you for the feed back its much appreciated and the points about maintenance we will address with the maintenance team I have asked the housekeeper to look at the faults and action. Also I have looked at the breakfast we serve 6 hot items with a choice of eggs other than the Fried Eggs I have asked the kitchen team to make sure that all items look fresh at all times. Again thank you for the points and comments we do discuss and feedback to the teams and try to continually improve so on your next visit you will see an improvement I am sure.

There is now a barrier, and reception give you a code to get out through the barrier. We did fill in our vehicle registration number when we filled in the check-in form.
