Wow I was so shocked with this hotel. Excellent value for money! The rooms were brilliant, tea and coffee, plenty of usb/plug sockets large tv. The staff went above and beyond. Next time in Glasgow will defiantly be returning again!

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2019. The hotel is well located for all the city centre attractions, bars and restaurants. The check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was immaculate and well appointed.

Dear sofnolime, Thank you for your wonderful comments! We are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Sorry to hear about the low pressure in the shower, that really isn't usual (we know the importance of a good shower!), so please let us know if anything affects your stay and we will always do our best to address the problem there and then. We hope to be welcome you back to Motel One Glasgow again soon. Best Regards, Celia

Doesn't matter how good a building is because Glasgow is full of Riff raff it always let's you down. Why are they hiring certain people at checkout/bar.I don't want to be called sir..but I expect not to be referred to as my man or whatever..like I'm in some blaxploitation

Is there somewhere to park the car?
Hi Icka19, Thank you for your message. We recommend the multi-storey NCP car park on Oswald Street, which is just behind the hotel a very short walk away. Please let us know you have parked there and we will give you a discount voucher, which gives you a significant saving on the parking at just £9 for 24 hours. If there is anything else we can help with, please let us know. Thanks, Celia Celia Hague Hotel Manager

Is there a safe in the King rooms? If so, is it large enough for a laptop?
As already stated there is a safe but doubt you can fit your laptop, but if you are concerned about leaving it in your room out of sight, I'm sure reception will look after it for you.

Is this hotel air conditioned ?
Yes it the rooms have air con but I was on the top floor and even with the air con on it was still very very hot in winter! I would suggest a room on an lower floor as I heard the higher floor rooms were too hot. Apart from that it is a fantastic comfortable friendly very clean hotel. I would visit again.
