Rooms are good and beds are excellent.
Bathroom is modern nice equipped.
Location is close to the M90 and sufficient parking space.

Yes the windows open, HValley is as said above, about 15 - 20 mins away and if you need a fridge you could always ask them or take a small mini fridge that holds 3 - 4 coke size cans in it, for various bits and pieces, we have a small one and take ours away sometimes when it is hot and we want to keep things cool.
