Just a one night stay for us to take our little boy to the zoo. Hotel could quite literally not be closer. We got a very reasonable package deal including train from Newcastle. Nice buffet breakfast at £8 per adult (kids free) and a lovely little pool. Staff were super

A little further out from the centre than we would have liked but we came by car and parking is more than ample! Can't beat being next door to the Zoo! Lovely executive suite recommend a front view to see all of Edinburgh rather than back onto the car park. Lovely modern

Does anyone know anywhere nice to eat near by?
You are very close to Leith Docks for a choice of restaurants, British, Italian, Seafood, and right outside your door is the Britannia Restaurant for award winning Indian cuisine.

How far is this hotel away from the centre of Edinburgh?
Bus stops for numbers 12, 26 and 31 are right outside the hotel for travelling into the city centre and straight across the road for coming back. Can't tell you the price, I've got my OAP bus pass now :) but the buses run very frequently.
