Basic manners were in short supply and communication/customer service skills non existent. WOULD NOT recomend this hotel if you want a quick check-in and slick, on the ball service with staff that know what they're doing. This is not what you'd expect from a 3...More
Room was nice. The bathroom was moldy. Breakfast was awful. Crossaints were at least a few days old. Potato scones looked like they were fried a few times. Hotel has limited parking, first come first served.
