Great rooms and very friendly staff. Food is amazing. Loved the breakfast menu as well and it was not far to walk into the city centre. They also offer room service and all rooms have everything you need.

Dear Val K, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and your positive comments about our location, check in and room size. We are currently beginning refurbishment of all our hotel bedrooms which would include our bathrooms. I would however like to refute your statement that you were "treated me an outcast" when you asked for directions. Our front desk receive regular praise on our level of customer service and am disappointed you did not feel this was the case Best Wishes, Aimee

Hello --if i wanted to stay in Derry's city center i would suggest 3 other hotels City-Hotel; Shipquay-street-Hotel; Bishop's Gate-Hotel. Da vinic's -Hotel is about 15-20 mins, walk from city centre otherwise you might consider a Taxi and that might take some waiting time

Cemented to the wall. But it's not a nice hotel to stay in. There are far nicer hotels in Derry to stay in and it's also very far outside the city.
