The Marine Hotel is situated in a great spot in front of beach and marina. Had an overnight stay with a couple of friends last week. The rooms were very comfortable and appeared to be newly decorated in a modern style with stunning views of the coast. There was a good breakfast

Dear Mick, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience when you stayed with us recently. Firstly can l apologise that you did not enjoy your stay and your room was cold. l have held an investigation into your feedback, the sea view rooms indeed were reserved in advance and paid a higher rate as to the groupon rate your room was booked under. The sideview rooms you had stayed in were refurbished with new carpets, lights, headboards, soft furnishings, curtains and freshly painted. Mick l apologise if your room was cold during the night, we have staff on duty 24hrs a day who if have known you were cold would have rectified the issue. The receptionist the next morning called a plumber to repair the radiator. I hope you both will frequent the hotel in the near future to see that your comments have been taken on board. Kind regards, Joanne Boyle General Manager

Sorry, I've no idea. However, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful so I'm sure a phone call would answer your question.
