Raddisson Blu is well positioned a short walk from the city centre. Excellent parking facilities and close to the river with lovely walks. Good value hotel to stay with excellent restaurant and bar, although they were a little pricey.

Had a great 3 night stay with friends for a concert. On check in we received a room upgrade on two of the rooms and a drink voucher for the bar as our rooms were not ready. Ian on reception was great got us all sorted quickly and efficiently. Rooms were perfect for the weekend with plenty of space. Food and drinks in the bar area were good value for money and everything arrived quickly! Jay in the bar was on the ball and was able to have the craic which is exactly what you want from a barman. Overall brilliant stay we will all be back in the future

Check in was okay and we were told that after 3 nights our room would be cleaned - We were staying for 5 nights. The room was never cleaned - we had to request clean towels - toilet rolls - coffee - milk- Reception had a don't care attitude. Breakfast seemed chaotic and our server on the first morning seemed irritated that she had to read out the menu for breakfast to us - they didn't seem to know who had ordered what and things were left missed off our order more than once. The chef doesn't seem to know how to make poached eggs - they were like bullets and the food was never hot as it sat on the counter for quite a while waiting for the staff to pick it up. The only person who bothered to make things okay was Dagmar - she was very helpful and apologetic. The room was a good size but dirty - dirty carpets, stains etc. The TV didn't work but they sorted that out after a few phone calls - It felt like the staff couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone - we have stayed in a Radisson Blu hotel before but this one does not compere and would never return here.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. We had the executive room and it was very high and this gave wonderful views and a really good quality of light. The room was the usual high standards of Radisson Blu. The only downside was the lack of housekeeping due to Covid. We booked for two days and stayed for 4 and not really keen on changing our bedding when in a hotel. The bar restaurant was very good and we were both impressed by the breakfast. Great staff, without exception. Lovely location. Would definitely stay here again. It’s our first trip to Ireland but certainly not the last.
