The Premier Inn Belfast Titanic Quarter Hotel is frequently commended for its cleanliness and modern ambiance, which includes comfortable beds and mood lighting that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. While many guests are satisfied with their clean and contemporary rooms, some have encountered maintenance and noise issues, alongside inconsistent housekeeping. The hotel's location is popular for its proximity to the Titanic museum and waterfront views, although some guests have noted traffic noise.
The service and value provided by the hotel receive mixed reviews, with experiences ranging from staff helpfulness to slow service and questioning of price justification. Amenities are generally appreciated, but opinions on breakfast quality and restaurant service vary.

We are generally fans of Premier Inn. However, this one left us feeling rather ambivalent.
Our trip was part business and then we stayed on for a city break. The location is very good and convenient for walking to both the city and the Titanic Quarter.
We had upgaraded to a Premier Plus Room. These occuply the top two floors and ours looked out over the Abercorn Basin Maria and the river (see photo). The room was large and spacious and the table and extra seating were very comfortable and useful. The decor and fittings all up to the standard of the newer Premier Inns we have stayed at.
The staff were also lovely and cheeful but very busy during our stay.
There were a couple of features, however, that affected our rating:
1. The restaurant is too small for the hotel and one morning were asked to come back in 15 minutes as they were hving to restock the buffet. The buffet layout was also poor compared to other Premier Inns we have stayed at (for example Aberystwyth and Skegness). One of us ate there on one evening and found the food indifferent and not as good as we have experienced at other Premier Inns with their own retaurants.
2. A specific request was required each day if you wished to have you room cleaned and serviced. We haven't come across this before and certainly not what we expected for a Premier Plus Room at the rate we were paying.
3. Notwithstanding that we had no complaints about the Premier Plus Room we felt that it wasn't good value, as we found we could have stayed at the Titanic Hotel nearby (see our review of the restuant there) for a pound a night less per room.

As with most Premier Inns the room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and shower, and decent storage/hanging space - they prioritise the important things. The location is perfect for exploring Belfast and there is plenty of parking, with prices reasonable for the location. Our room had a nice little coffee table but I don't understand why only one chair in a double room for 2 people. They did kindly allow me to borrow one for the dining room so we could sit and have a cuppa together. The main downside of this room was the fully sealed window so it felt pretty stuffy after 3 days. I would come here again but not during the summer as there is no air con (though we didn't need any in April!). Friendly reception staff. No comment on the bar/restaurant as we didn't use them.

Where do I start ???? Arrived at the premier inn and got booked in asked if we could book a table for evening meal but was told there was 2 large parties coming in so no Room was ok Next morning breakfast was tasteless sausage tasted funny no muffins or brown bread There is signs in lift saying if you want your room cleaned tell reception so I did When we return later the room had not be touched Went to reception to ask why but was meet by the most unhelpful rude woman She said premier inn doesn’t make beds when I said we had always had the beds made in other premier inns her next reply was some cleaners do make bed some don’t She said the man on reception had not written it down but then when she did look it’s was written down I asked if there was a standard cleaning process that all the Inns followed she said no (unbelievable ) I asked to book an evening meal but was told there was 2 big parties coming in The same as we was told the nigh before She handed me some teabags and walked away
Next morning I spoke to the manager about what had happened the night before He check the restaurant bookings and said there was no reason why we was refused He also said he would make sure the room was cleaned
Returning later the duvet was thrown on the bed bottom sheet was as we left it no tea making stuff and the room had not been vacuumed this was the normal for the next 2 days.
We would have left but we had payed for 4 nights
The worst premier inn we have stayed in Stay well away for this hotel Staff never smiled made like we was an inconvenience not paying guests

BEWARE of NO HOUSEKEEPING! we booked into the Premier Inn (Titanic Quarter) for 3 x nights at a rate of £100 per night (not including breakfast) upon arrival we were advised you must request housekeeping each morning before 12noon. I requested housekeeping for 2 mornings in a row and I physically watched the Receptionist note our room number on the housekeeping list. I also placed the sign outside of our room door which reads ‘Id like my room cleaned’ however unfortunately our room remained neglected - the bed was not made, the towels were not replaced, the now overflowing bin was not emptied and the mugs / cups were not replaced - clearly no one had set foot in our room.
After the second day of no cleaning I complained to the Reception staff, only to be met with dismissive attitudes and nobody willing to help or take responsibility. I was even told that expecting housekeeping is justifiable in a four or five star hotel but not in here - so why claim it gets done upon request in the first place? In my opinion, charging £100 per night absolutely warrants housekeeping.
I asked if we could at least have fresh towels and get our bin emptied, and a member of the team reluctantly came into our room and did this for us, whilst we awkwardly sat on our unmade bed.
Due to ongoing maintenance on the ground floor, the corridors leading up to our room have been filthy with bits of plaster and other particles which have not been cleaned up since we arrived (photos attached)
I have stayed in budget accommodation such as Premier Inn and Travelodge before and I have never faced such issues until now, this is a real let down and I will think twice before considering staying in a Premier Inn again.
Avoid if you like coming back to a clean room!

Such a perfect location for a night out in Belfast SSE arena. Quality is not compromised here. The rooms were immaculate and the windows must be triple glazed as we heard no noise from outside during the night. The staff are so friendly and approachable and the food is great. The right hotel makes the overall experience in Belfast superb. This is my 3rd time to stay here and there will be plenty more in the future.

Situated in the Titanic quarter with easy access to the museum/ HMS Caroline/ Nomadic/ Harland and Wolf Buildings, this is really is in the best location. The 'Glider' bus service operates outside the main door and even if you wish to to walk into the city center, this can easily be accomplished with a 10 minute walk to the foot bridge. The main path to the footbridge is also part of the heritage walk into the Titanic area: so it has an abundance of information boards relating to Belfast's historical past. The walk in itself is an education.
Typical Premier Inn as you would expect but the staff were utterly superb. Special mention to ( really sorry but I did not get your name) to the lad who is bilingual (speaks fluent Italian and has a beard!) Arrived early but he was happy to take my suit case and place it into storage for me. Nothing was any trouble and he also appears to be working 247 as no matter when I had an issue/problem, no matter what time it was, he was always on shift? You are working him to hard! Reminded me of the Carry On film where one member of staff was the cook/receptionist/ bell boy/waiter!
I also must mention the fantastic beds. Not sure who supplies your mattresses but is the best nights sleep I have ever experienced. The hotel is currently undergoing some modernization and whilst one of the lifts was out of action and there were workmen and skips around the place, this did no impact on my stay. You could always mention that the room could have additional services however you are paying a basic rate and you should know what to expect. For the price/service and location, I think this place is superb.
There is also coffee shops/convivence shops located just around the corner in the harbor area should you wish to use other facilities

We always use premier inn as you know what you are getting and the price is usually always reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. However on this occasion it was let down by the restaurant service and several items on the menu being not available. The service was shockingly slow despite it being quiet. People were walking out due to such a wait and some because the food was cold. It took us over 2 hours to have 1 course. Our 2 kids were so fed up by the end of it. The curry was nice but you could tell it was a heated up microwave meal due to the texture of the chicken, which is a shame. Also they didn't dress food to make it look more appetising. They literally saved money where they could. For example when you order chicken wings starter, you'd expect it to come with a small salad garnish of sorts but it just came out 5 chicken wings on its own. This is the same with all the starters. Very bare, no effort made.

Staff were friendly, room was spotless and good sized, travel cot available for free. Bed and pillows very comfy. All TV channels working. Bathroom clean and great shower . Kettle with tea/coffee. Mirrors and hanging hooks also coat hangers on a rail. Lots of sockets and lights. The purple ambient lighting in toilet a lovely touch. The hotel was quiet. It has a bar/ restaurant. We only used the bar once to bring a few drinks up to the room when the baby was asleep. The reception were able to store our case on check out as our flight wasn’t until 9pm. This was very useful. We were able to use toilets and baby change in the reception area after check out too and then sit and wait for our taxi. Was about 30 mins from airport we used fonacab they were very reliable both ways. Few mins walk to the titanic Belfast and nomadic. Everything else 20-40 mins but it’s a very fast walk as you have the water and other sights to see walking by so don’t let the walk time put you off it flies by. There is a cinema, bowling and I think a science museum across the road too. We used paper cup round the corner for coffee and food in the morning. There is also a spar shop in the same block of building as the hotel. The city sightseeing bus stops up at titanic Belfast so you can get on/off there and walk to the hotel.

When we arrived the front desk was empty and we had to wait for staff to arrive. When we were checking in we were not alerted to any construction/maintenance work taking place that might upset our stay.
One of the two lifts was out of order as highlighted by a notice over the lift button, indicating that scheduled work was taking place.
My husband and I were intending to have a restful and peaceful night away. However we were soon subjected to loud banging and drilling noises, perhaps from work being carried out to the lift block beside our room.
We went downstairs to the front desk, but again it was empty, and after a lengthy wait we decided to take ourselves out for the evening, unable to make staff aware of how the noise was impacting on us.
The next morning we were abruptly woken around 7am by the incredibly loud banging and drilling again, that lasted continuously until we checked out.
We approached an empty front desk again and had to wait for a member of staff. We explained our situation when she finally arrived and our disappointment in the level of noise that we had to endure. She quickly scribbled a number on a card and told us to ring it. She was unable to help.
Upon ringing this number and explaining our issue, the call handler informed us that it was not their policy to issue a refund for noise. I suggested that we would need some sort of compensation as we were not made aware of any planned construction/maintenance work. He again said no. I asked to speak to a manager or have the case escalated and I was told that was not possible.
This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Companies like the Premier Inn are slapping increasingly high prices on their rooms and offering low quality experiences to their customers. I am completely shocked by my experience with their customer service team, there is no point ringing them. An absolute waste of time! No help or support at all!

The machine is just outside under the stairs. Scan your ticket and then the voucher and the machine will tell you the discounted cost, Pay that and leave the car park scanning your ticket et the barrier.
