(Hey, it's a nice hotel, don't get me wrong; however, I have it 3 out of 5 because it simply falls short on promised expectations...across the board).

In short, it's a new hotel. That's the *ONLY* advantage I would give it over The Fitzwilliam or Malmaison

Extremely disappointed. We had booked a table for drinks after Christmas lunch, initially very impressive, view is amazing, got first drink no problem but then tried to have a second and despite lots of staff milling around everywhere we had to walk to the bar to ask for a drink.

Where is the best place to park overnight nearby
The hotel can offer valet parking at a rate of £25 or alternatively we recommend the multi storey car park directly behind the Europa bus station. I hope this is of some help.
