We love this hotel, very central to shops and the famous cathedral quarter in Belfast, we had a room with a bath which we always ask for, great bat and the food in the restaurant is fantastic. would defiantly return
Our only problem was when we checked in on Saturday 15 December that the receptionist gave us the impression she didn’t really want to be there as her attitude and manner was very disappointing. She literally flung our room keys at us and this was not the first impression we neede…
My husband and I stayed here 13th December. We were doing a bit Christmas shopping and meeting up with friends. Can't fault the hotel, bed was comfortable didn't hear any noise, staff friendly. Great location and we will stay there again if the price is right. Handy to resturant…
The location of the hotel is great, right in the centre of Belfasteasy access to shops, restaurants and bars, can not fault that part.
Staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely, great sausages they were super tasty.
Room was very clean and had eve…
Consistently good and very reasonable if booked well in advance as with most premier inns- always our first choice for overnight stays- you know what to expect and it always lives up to standard ! Will return again
"The rooms which look out on the street can get a little noisy towards the end of the week. Inside facing rooms are generally very quiet."
"Book in advance during the busy season so you have more options and the best prices!"
"rooms opposite church side might have nicer view, church bells don't ring late night or early mornings"
"we were on the second floor and had so many corriders to get to our room xx"
"Contact the hotel if you have any special requirements. Also book early if you are dining in the on site restaurant."
