Stayed during May bank holiday 2021. Covid measures in place and all very clean and tidy. Double room at the back looks directly towards the mountain with lovely views. Really modern and cosy Room. Great courtyard garden with drying room for.your kit after you have gone up Snowdon.
Self catering kitchen open for tea \ coffee and snacks due to covid only but it it fully set up hostel style for self catering and great space for groups \ social when the time allows .
Traveling solo Lisa was a great host of local area and as the house has a Great village location as well made it really easy to summit Snowdon and visit other local attractions. Would love to come back again.

Pride Expeditions arranged the stay here for our group. The chef, Phil, was amazing and catered to various needs/tastes. Great amenities, clean and well presented. We were all very comfortable thank you. We didn't need to use contactless check in so unsure whether available or not

I stayed for 4 nights as part of an Outward Bound event for women Army veterans. Our group of 9 had the entire guesthouse for our sole use, complete with Phil, the chef who provided full board catering.

We each had our own room. Mine was a great size, with views towards the mountains and an ensuite shower room. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable.

The downstairs rooms provided plenty of space to chat with the others in the group. There was an outside seating area next to the very useful drying room. Ideal for leaving outdoor gear, boots and swimming costumes after our days out in the stunning countryside.

The food was wonderful, the guesthouse owners warm and welcoming. Being in Llanberis, next to the Spar supermarket and opposite the pub, we were perfectly situated.

I would happily stay again, although having to self-cater next time might be tough!

9 Army women veterans stayed here for 5 days while abseiling, kayaking, canoeing, raft building and coasteering.
We were incredibly well looked after, extremely well fed, and slept very well in our comfortable beds. The dining room (tables pushed together) for meals and after-meal chats, and the sitting rooms allowed us space to relax and unwind.
There was lots of space and Dol Peris is very well located (Spar, shops, lake). Good parking.
In fact all of us were delighted with our stay. We will be back and recommending Dol Peris to,our friends and families.

This accommodation came highly recommended to us and it didn’t disappoint. Lovely bright and clean rooms, with tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer and super hot showers!!! The owners Phill and Lisa were very friendly and knowledgeable with any questions and information we needed. Great location for exploring the mountains. We also really enjoyed the local restaurants, The Peak Restaurant we loved as the food was amazing and they catered for coeliacs. We will definitely be coming back again to Dol Peris!!!

Me and my partner stayed here for 6 nights in February as we were close to some of our favourite mountains in the Eryri National Park. We booked a double room which was very spacious, warm and cosy.

As you enter, you're met instantly with a warm and inviting aura which had a real personal feel. As we were hiking every day, the facilities were perfect for what we needed. Great kitchen facilities to prepare food in the evenings and for the following day and a great drying room (used a lot).

The village has several pubs, eat outs but mostly, we stayed in and spent our evenings eating our dinner next to the fire place.

Our stay at Dol Peris was amazing and I would 100% recommend to anybody!

Thank you!

Well equipped and spacious self-catering kitchen, with plenty of dining and relaxing space. The guest house maintains its original features and it is maintained to a very high standard. It has some lovely touches (like all the rooms are named after local peaks and their names hand painted onto the doors, and all the toiletries are eco-friendly). I would definitely stay again on my own, or in small or large groups and all of Llanberis is on your doorstep, plus plenty of parking in the private grounds in front of the house.

As an International Mountain Leader and Training Provider for Mountain Training, I spent a lot of time in Snowdonia before finiding Dol Peris. It's simply the best accommodation I've used in the national park and I've now stayed there five or six times - it's excellent.

The host, Lisa George provides a warm welcome and runs an efficient establishment: comfortable and well furnished rooms, two lounge areas and a dining area combined with a very well equipped kitchin provide everything I need.

This trip was with my wife as we were doing a recce for Bryn Walking's April "Slate Trails of Snowdonia" week which I'm looking forward too. I can't wait to get back to Dol Peris!

My friends and I had a wonderful overnight stay at Dol Peris. The owners Lisa and Phil met us on arrival. Everything had been considered for us, cleanliness was superb, facilities wonderful, location excellent. The rooms were spacious, tidy and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. We stayed at Dol Peris because we were climbing Mount Snowden and we couldn’t have got a better location.

This wasn’t my first visit here but having travelled to Snowdonia for many years, DOL PERIS is my favourite accommodation in the area.

It combines the comfort of a hotel with self-catering facilities which is the perfect combination for me.

Lisa George is the perfect host and Phill George as a British Mountain Guide offers advice and courses.

No doubt COVID-19 has affected business here but Lisa and Phill provided me with a warm welcome and provided support throughout my stay.

Three of my clients also stayed here and were very impressed too.

Many thanks to Lisa and Phill.

This is probably way too late, I've only just seen this, sorry! There's a mix I think. I had an ensuite shower room.
