Was last here about 5 years ago - since when it has joined the Chewton Glen/Cliveden stable and there is evidence of a big spend. What was the coaching yard parking area is now a beautiful piazza and quite a delight.

Why can’t a hotel like the Lygon arms just get it right there are loads of staff walking all over the hotel jeans jackets brown shoes looking as if they are busy doing nothing instead of looking after the guests the service is so bad...More
I visited the Lygon Arms for a two day work meeting with overnight stay.
Arrived to valet parking and suitcase taken, easy check in process, room not available (which is fine as it was 10am!)
