Check in very friendly and efficient, room on the 8th floor was spotless with very comfy bed, location perfect for visiting town centre, hotel has parking too which is a bonus, bar staff went out of their way to look after us in the evening. Lovely breakfast but the only downside was i spoke with the manager who was really nice but his choice of football team is very dubious. Would definitely recommend

I'm pretty sure I remember you "Smudge" and am very grateful for the review you wrote following your stay. Really pleased you enjoyed yourself in Leeds and we'll look forward to seeing you again the next time you visit Leeds. As for football teams, I won't say anything that may potentially change your view on this hotel...it's safer that way. Roger - General Manager

I wanted to write how fantastic Tristan was on reception when we stayed with you this weekend. We had a large group booking for a hen party (G Woodcock 11th Sept) and from the moment we arrived nothing was ever to much trouble from the whole staff behind reception but Tristan in particular went above and beyond! He was polite, welcoming and just made the whole experience of dropping bags off and checking in seamless, he has fantastic customer service skills. He even took the time to take group photos of us all and made us laugh with his sense of humour and bubbly personality. We are so quick to complain but never quick to recognise good service so I would love for you to recognise Tristan for his fantastic customer skills and for just behind FABULOUS!

Thank you so much for your review (and great photo!). I'm so pleased you and your party had such a good time at the hotel. Tristan is delighted to have got so much praise - but he'd have always been happy to have helped all of you. It's in his nature for sure. We'll look forward to seeing you when you're in Leeds next. Great hotel and only 10 minute walk into Leeds city centre. Secure underground parking at £10 per night. Staff friendly and efficient. We had a very large spacious bedroom, with tea and coffee facilities, safe and ironing board and iron, plus a fan which was very handy as it was 20 odd degrees outside!! Bed was big and comfy. I'd highly recommend this place and would stay again in future

Thanks very much indeed for your review and I am really pleased we ticked a load of boxes for you during your stay. Thank you very for highlighting all of the good aspects of your bedroom. We are definitely fortunate to have so many large bedrooms because it does set us aside from some of the smaller bedrooms in the City. Next time you travel to Leeds, be sure to stay with us again. Stayed on business. Great staff, good rooms ( however no air con) A little bit more out of town than some but only a 20 min walk to the city centre. Great breakfast and bar. Would definitely recommend if looking for a good value option for a city stay

Thanks very much for your review Jay and thank you for highlighting the great staff we have. They're not a bad bunch at all to be fair! It would ordinarily take 10 minutes to walk to the City centre, so not sure if you took the direct route or not. It would definitely be quieter to stay than the City centre though, so perhaps worth the few minutes extra walk. Really pleased you enjoyed the breakfast and our bar as well. It's amazing to get back to a bit of normality in these two areas. Hope to see you again soon Roger - General Manager
