Wow, the receptionist we got when booking in and the rest of the night had zero people skills. I seriously do not think we have ever met any member of staff at a hotel that is so rude. Kauldia was her name, I really got the impression she didn’t want to work here and that she wanted us to know. Honestly never came across anyone so rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming who works in hospitality.

We’ve stayed at jury’s inn hotels before and expected the chain to be consistent across all hotels but the Leeds hotel seems to be a budget version. No room service, very basic room albeit clean, bathroom from the 80s. No milk or spoons in the room. Not good value for £269 for 2 nights. On the plus side the beds were comfy but if you are having a nice weekend away I recommend you look elsewhere.

At the moment, for guests staying more than one night, we do not offer a standard stayover housekeeping service. Upon request we are happy to provide additional linen, towels & toiletries which will be delivered to your door the following morning. This approach supports the Laundry Association guidelines and recommendations, which in turn helps manage supply logistics & shortages. We are sorry to read that you felt the room and bathroom to be old. A very dated room on the top floor. Rang for a larger bed as this one was a tiny double, was told £35 upgrade. Cold service from reception staff. Telephone from 70s. Not sure if it worked as I called reception twice to asked for more tea and coffee and got no answer. Room very old fashioned and bathroom was really disappointing. Towels stained. Pillows like sleeping on rocks. Location was OK but there are definitely better hotels in Leeds for that price.

Clean room but noisy and tired , holes in carpet etc ,food poor and options strange . Restaurant staff friendly and professional. Didnt feel organised at reception, one gentleman who had just checked in came back to desk as when he went to his room it was already occupied, so made sure door lock was on at a times! Wouldn't stay again if in city.
