Stayed here a number of times great hotel lovely staff apart from one male who's name i asked for at reception and was told he is called martin who has a bold head and a grey beard. Spoke to him on my floor for some information about breakfast and check out time. This male was very rude could not be bothered to talk to us and had a face like he was about to explode. This is not really a good image for a big hotel like hilton. Really think this male could do with some retraining.

Hotel's Favourite
Parking was full on arrival but luckily enough the other parking lot next to the hotel's still had a few spaces available - same price paid. Good location with plenty of options to eat/drink. Room clean, great wifi connection, very comfy mattress. The room feels a bit empty though and a couple of pictures on the wall wouldn't be a bad idea IMO. Very hot weather during our stay but the AC was working well. Shower cubicle not the best to be honest as the shower head was too big for its holder and would fall down due to the water pressure once the shower was activated. Stayed for the weekend and the relatively low prices meant that there were a few chavs here and there who would yell down the corridors and slam the doors of their rooms but as soon as they were in their room they couldn't be heard anymore, so all good. I would recommend the management to increase the price of the rooms, they are frankly too low.

It’s been 3 years or so since we stayed here. The location is brilliant, especially now that there direct access to the train station from Granary Wharf. We stayed in a King Master Suite which was spacious with a separate living room and dressing area. Breakfast was very good indeed as was the service. Already booked again for a short break at Christmas.

This hotel is in a great location right next to the train station, canal side bars/restaurants and walking distance from Leeds city centre. We arrived early but were able to store our bags at reception until check in whilst we went for a wander. Check in was speedy & efficient. The room was clean but as a king room for approx £100/night we felt it needed a revamp as some of the furnishings were quite worn and with visible damage. The bathroom was modern and very clean and the room had some handy extras such as iron/ironing board. We hadn’t paid the extra for a canal view so it was nice to find we’d been given one. On the day of checking out though we were woken by a knock on the door from housekeeping at 8:30am - checkout is 12 noon!! I explained this so she politely moved on. We alerted reception to this upon checkout as surely housekeeping must have access to a list of rooms where the guests have already checked out? Our family members who were staying in a different room on the same floor experienced exactly the same thing - ridiculous when it clearly states on reception that you will be undisturbed throughout your stay due to Covid policies and room cleaning has to be requested!

Lovely parts to the hotel, nice location, handy parking, modern entrance, stunning sky lounge and welcoming, friendly staff. Our room had a comfortable bed but I was underwhelmed by the decor, tired and in need of sprucing up.
