In my opinion this hotel is a spectacular place to stay. The rooms are extremely spacious, the location is very central and is right at the heart of Birmingham. Moreover the manager Rob was extremely helpful with any request that was extended. Moreover, Estera the head housekeeper kindly agreed to offer me a late checkout. If you are looking for a great affordable place to stay in Birmingham, this is a perfect option for you!

Disturbed sleep throughout the night loads of loud bangs and sounds of Mirrors rocking through the ceiling 24/7. Woken up by the cleaners at about 6 o’clock banging and crashing around. Was also disturbed by people trying to get in to my room (they got the wrong room). Was NOT impressed. However good service upon arrival very imformative

This was our first trip away since covid started and to say we were a little apprensive is an understatement. However on arrival we saw the safety measures put in place and immediatley felt comfortable. Check in was easy and all new measures explained to us, rooms were extremely clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was well theought through with table service and ran really efficiently, the lady doing reception on Sat 19/09 was so friendly and really looked after us during breakfast. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do, 30 min walk to the Botanical Gardens, 30 min walk to the Bull Ring and right on top of Broad Street for dinner and cocktails. We had a really enjoyable couple of nights here so thank you Premier Inn
