I was so pleased to hear the hotel had reopened after the covid situation and could not wait to visit the place again . It trully is the best hotel in the world . I adore the place and have such happy memories and i continue to make more and more on each visit. The best omelette in the world made by chef carlo dont ever leave. All of the staff amaze me and there dedication and commitment is unbelievable in what is such difficult times in the hospitality industry. You are all such stars please keep shinning and never let that sparling light dim out . I will be back as soon as i can to make even more memories. Your all wonderful and i love you all. You are an amazing team. Never cahnge and stay safe in these difficult times.
I stayed 1 night for a business event taking place in the hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fabulous. The hotel was understandably very quiet due to Covid, but the staff went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay. Social distancing was taken seriously & it felt very safe. Room service was prompt, tasty and reasonably priced, and the food we were provided with at the event was amazing. I received a text messages to check on my arrival and that all was good during my stay, and received a free room upgarde. All the staff were exceptional - the front desk, bar staff and breakfast service. A great place to stay for easy walking access to the airport, train station & NEC. I highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here Saturday night. Arrived early and checked in straight away. The front desk team were lovely and friendly and explained everything we needed to know in this covid world. Room was clean and had a door sticker to show no one else had been in the room after is had been cleaned witch was very good to see making you feel that Little bit more secure. We went down to the bar lounge and were greated by the staff karolien and Aaron explained that its a one way system around the lounge area but said we could sit anywhere we like. They put the football on the tv for my self. Didn't really watch it as I was more interested in have a chat with the staff and seeing how they getting on with the covid world of hospitality. Me and the wife had a really nice weekend. We will be back
Stayed for one night and enjoyed my stay. Staff were 1st class and the room was large and very clean. Dropped a point as the bed was hard and sleep was interrupted a little by this and a little expensive for drinks etc, otherwise no complaints. Location very handy too.
We booked a year in advance to go to Crufts. We got an exceptional room rate, even the receptionist was surprised when we checked in. The whole hotel had guests with dogs so if you don’t like our furry friends, Crufts weekend isn’t the time to book. The food and drink was expensive but then it’s The Hilton. The room was very comfortable, quiet and ticked all the boxes. A quick 5 min walk and you’re at the NEC and station. I would book again but I’d look for early booking deals.
