Stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay with my teenage daughter so that we could have a relaxing time together in a hotel with a Spa. After reading the reviews I was slightly concerned however overall this hotel was good. Whilst agreeing that the Spa facilities are a

When I stayed we were able to use the pool with no problem. In fact we were the only ones in it! We also timed our pool use with spa treatments so it was a very relaxing morning. Can't advise about child friendly I'm afraid but we found most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
