10/10 for the service. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. They remembered who we were and asked about our shopping experience. Reception staff offered advice on the best ways to travel. The room was absolutely freezing at night, we were on the very top floor. When

Stayed here in December with my partner and mother. Shame it wasn’t for leisure but got to say Lisa Matthew and Adam made our stay. Not only did they make or experience so relaxing during the hard time we were there, but their customer service was great and nothing was too much

Dusty curtains in our room.
This was the dust on the curtain in our room. It wasn't just at the hem, it was all over and thick enough to write in
We jumped in a taxi as it was quite late and we had luggage - only £4. 10min walk if you are travelling light.

The car park is actually under the hotel located in the basement accessed through wrought iron gates which are electrically operated. The market is on the street along the quayside...great market by the way and well worth a browse. Enjoy!

Hi, how far in advance can you book your car parking?
Hi there...we booked the car park when we booked the hotel and that was a good three months before we stayed. I'm sure if you phoned them they'd take your booking well in advance. It is certainly worth the car park fee and booking in advance as there are not many spaces due to it being in the basement of the hotel accessed by electrically operated gates. Have a good stay!
