Hotel was basic but nice and clean and the staff were friendly. What isn't mentioned on the website is the nightclub directly below the hotel. I was woken at 12am, 1am, 2am and 3am by drunken shouting.

Great location for a trip to Bath. Old building being used really well. Only note of concern is parking, Bath doesn't have much close by. Staff very helpful in getting me to a nearest long stay We will use again

Hotel is well situated for access to Bath shopping and cultural area.Beware rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to proximity of night club specializing in hen nights and low rent. No internal restaurant but absolutely loads of fantastic places nearby.

We arrived early and the manager was so lovely that she allowed us early access to our room as we had afternoon tea booked. Ring in advance and speak to the manager - you will find her very helpful
