Had a great price on a monday night.. Room hot, good fan though. The matress was old and creaky. The room was very clean. Parking. Enter st andrews car park and keep your enterence ticket. On checking in at the premier inn you pay £5. You can come and go from the car park. ( instrictions are clear) When you check out of the premier inn you put your parking ticket into the machine in the premier inn then you must keep your ticket. You then have a few hours to actually leave the car park but you need to put that car parking ticket into the car park payment machine when you do leave although you don't get charged. Then you find your car. Brilliant value.

Six of us stayed here for one night, great location for City centre, its only a few minutes walk away, car park is a minute walk from the hotel and £5 a night, staff really friendly and helpful, will be staying again and would recommend.

Good location next to Duke street car park , so very central, however the room i has facing Duke street was like a boiler rolls on what was a warm day. Very little ventilation as the single window had a child lock allowing I guess a gap of two inches, a fan was provided but the room was so hot made very little difference and made for a very uncomfortable night. Even in the morning when the outside temperature had dropped by 10 degrees the room was still uncomfortably hot, I guess it must have been heat soaked. Overall I would recommend if it had Aircon, but I would not use again

Stayed two nights with family and friends, when we checked in, we were told the breakfast that we booked and paid for could not be provided as all slots were booked!! I understand that because of covid , things could be a bit difficult, but why was I offered the breakfast option the first place!? When we asked what could be done, the reception only said they could only refund the cost of breakfast and nothing they could do.... I would expect premier Inn could have some done better customer service than that! Like providing a "takeway" breakfast option like a lot of other hotels provided, or refund some of the room charge to contribute towards the cost of eating at somewhere else, we ended up spending £15 plus per person at a cafe nearby. Plus, I couldn't see any people in the hotel restaurant at all on both mornings. We all felt very let down by premier Inn. room is spacious enough but very stuffy, fan was provided and luckily it was a bit cooler at night time. I found the bed was firm and comfy for my liking. Bathroom is small but ok. Location is very good, lots of cafe, pubs and restaurants are nearby.

We payed for breakfast for two days at the time of booking. When we checked in, we were asked when we would like to have our breakfast and we agreed on 8.40am, and was told everything was done. First morning, when we came for breakfast we were offered a refund saying there's an issue, or we can have the continental breakfast. We chose the continental, and it took an hour to receive toast and some croissants. Next morning, when we came for breakfast we were told we have no booking, and they turned us around, saying they were fully booked, despite booking it at the reception, and paying for it over a week before and said we would get a refund. Worst experience we've had at a premier inn.
