The room is ok and great location.
However some of the savings are really silly! A piece of paper to stand on after showering is uncomfortable and the two supplied towels are minuscule, the bed is ok but the pillows uncomfortable.
The worst is the breakfast - quite a walk away - no good signage - coffee undrinkable, juice is a diluted juice drink, and there was only a plastic spoon to eat muesli with. The room was like an old fashioned canteen and incredible noisy. For second day we decided to take breakfast in another location.
Similar there was a lot of plastic in bathroom... common we need to stop using disposable plastic

We wanted to be close to Christo’s Mastaba in Hyde Park, and Princess Gardens was extremely close and very affordable. Although it has 4 stars on booking.com, it is not a 4-star hotel: it’s a student dorm sold as hotel accommodation. It would have been fine for us for the price, had it not been extremely hot in London. The accommodation has no air conditioning and the windows open slightly. They do supply a fan, which barely helps sleeping in the heat.

you can find better places in high street kensington but don't go for prince gardens , the staff will not help you .they are rude to you . they will not change broken things in the room that should have been there . it is not even worth the location . worst bed and breakfast ever seen . they dont even have a microwave to heat up something .
Thank ravleent

Fabulous location near The Natural History Museum, Science & Victoria& Albert Museum. Easy access to the underground via tunnel. Rooms clean, very comfortable. Reception staff friendly & helpful. Buffet breakfast at the uni was included in the Tarif and was a perfect way to start a busy day. I loved the Swimming pool & spa which was clean & well appointed. So lucky to have this as an option. I would love to return!

Excellent location in a very nice part of South Kensington.
Excellent value for money in a very expensive city.
Double room - 18 sq m.
Very clean room and bathroom, very clean towels.
Bring an internet cable for your laptop, (cable internet is better than the wi-fi),bring your own soap, and don't forget to be supplied with a plug adapter. I am not completely sure, but I think you could buy cable and adapter from the reception.
2 Thank VesaTonova
