Our flat was in an ideal location for tourists, just a 6-minute walk from Hammersmith Station, served by three train lines. Hammersmith has various shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the area felt safe even at night. Most tourist spots were accessible within 15-30 minutes by train. Additionally, it was just a 10-12 minute walk to Westfield London, the city’s largest shopping mall.
The flat, a typical Victorian-style apartment, was not luxurious but clean and perfectly sized for our family of four (with a teen and a small child). It featured a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, and microwave. On our first day, we noticed issues with the dishwasher and microwave, but the staff promptly replaced them. Their office was just a minute away, so they were very responsive. Housekeeping services came once a week with fresh towels and bed linens. We were very pleased with our decision to rent that flat.

Beautiful, warm, cosy, immaculately clean, and great service is what the Lamington Serviced Apartments deliver. A home away from home in a quiet location just outside of the heart of London. The local Tesco is a 5 minute walk and the Hammersmith Tube station is a 7 minute walk. The service we received was outstanding. We travelled from Australia on a very early flight. I was only expecting to store our luggage until check in time, but they went one step further and allocated our apartment straightaway. Obviously they could only do this if the apartment is ready and we were so grateful ours was. They also took us to our apartment, helped with our luggage and showed us around. The apartment itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. We were lucky to stay with the Lamington twice over Christmas and NYE. Thank you to the amazing team for making our first UK holiday a great one. You looked after us and made us feel welcome. If we do come back to London the Lamington will be our first choice.

It’s a good apartment. The location is very convenient with the tube station at 350 m from the apartment. There are various cafe, restaurants amd grocery stores around.
The apartment has all the amenities like washer, dishwasher, cook top etc. it has a kettle , toaster, and an oven. Ample quantities of cooking utensils etc are provided .

I booked at this facility for 7 nights, 4 people. We were allocated building 131 flat 2 (ground floor).
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. These are no smoking apartments however the occupants of the apartment below number 2 were smoking continuously. The cigarette smoke filtered upwards through the floor boards and the extraction system into our apartment. This was awful and totally unacceptable. The cigarette smoke permeated all our luggage and clothing - very unpleasant. One of our party suffered a sinus attack due to the smoke, this affected her for the rest of our trip.
The same people occupying the room below us held a drinking party outside the front door of the building, which is right in front of apartment 2 where I was. They were noisy, smoking, drinking and when asked to quieten down did so for 5 minutes and then continued as before. this went on for several hours.
The main bedroom did not have space to open the cupboard fully. It was very difficult, due to minimal space, to climb into bed from the left hand side of the bed after moving the bed to the right.
The main bathroom had insects crawling across the floor coming from behind a wet and mouldy skirting board at the bath. The 2nd bedroom twin beds were not single bed size, more like camp stretcher size.
The noise of the upstairs occupants walking on the floor was continuous and loud, making for little sleep and no peace in the lounge when reading and working.
The location is good surrounded by a number of restaurants and a convenience store.
Unfortunately this facility does not meet the standard it is advertised as. I would suggest the owners spend some money doing R&M, enforcing the regulations they impose and review the nightly charge for what they are currently offering.
We ended up spending only one night at this establishment. I thank Celine, the day manager at Lamington offices, who did her best to assist us with various options.
We will definitely not be booking at this venue again

Booked an apartment to take my daughters to London for the weekend. Check in was straightforward/polite staff. We were ‘upgraded’ to a basement flat which we were pleased with initially, were surprised with how shabby the fixtures and fittings were, particularly in the bathrooms. Scuffs on the walls and a lot of wear and tear, plus not especially clean and a strange smell. The real problem began for us when the guests above us began partying- we could hear every step, every thump, even the lyrics of the music. This went on on and off all night, finally ending at 6am- to begin again at 7am, and was repeated on the second night.
Now while this is not specifically the fault of management, I emailed and messaged to explain the problem, to try and find out if we were potentially in for the same the following night and no one responded, despite being told that management were available daily. To this day, no one from the team has got back to us. I also messaged to let them know that the plug in the bathroom sink was jammed so would not drain, but we heard nothing. The water from the shower came through (a very old shower head) as a trickle. After a very long day and having given up on the shower I ran a bath. As the room steamed up and condensation started forming on the mirror I could see old drips and stains highlighted on the dirty mirror. It’s been a while since I stayed somewhere that made me feel unclean. Plus, oddly, the floor was vinyl and felt spongey as though laid over carpet?
I would have appreciated someone getting back to me, it was truly hopeless customer service, would most definitely not recommend.

The reality of the apartment was nothing like what was advertised or depicted in the photographs we saw prior to our arrival. We felt completely misled and let down by the discrepancy.
Upon entering the apartment, we immediately noticed that it was quite filthy. There was a significant amount of dust accumulated in various areas, and to our dismay, we even found food remnants in the couch. The lack of cleanliness was truly off-putting and not at all what we expected.
Another issue we encountered during our stay was the abundance of flies in the room. It was rather unpleasant and made it difficult for us to enjoy our time in the apartment. We made several attempts to keep them at bay, but their presence remained persistent.
Furthermore, the rooms were uncomfortably hot, especially during the night. Despite our efforts to cool down the space, it was challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the excessive heat. This significantly impacted our overall experience and left us feeling quite exhausted during our stay.
Given these circumstances, we wanted to bring these matters to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed to prevent similar issues for future guests. We believe that it is crucial for accommodations to accurately represent what they offer to guests, both in terms of cleanliness and amenities.

Had an apartment booked for nearly a year through booking.com as we were planning to go to a gig at Hyde Park. As agreed, money was paid (£645 for three nights) and then received an email from them a week before our trip advising they were cancelling the booking due to 'unforseen maintenance issues', leaving me trying to find a reasonable hotel/apartment in London on the weekend of the Wimbledon final. On booking.com they had an apartment for £444 for one night, when we paid 645 for 3. Not impressed.

Where do I start? We booked Garden Apartment (2 bed/2 bath) with Lamington Apartments at Hammersmith over 12 months ago and paid it in full 6 months ago. They contacted us to blame Booking.com that there was a double booking the day before our check-in and offered a LOVELY 2 bed apartment. This at no time was accepted. As we were receiving phishing emails about the booking and was told to ignore them by Lamington Apartments. Which we did. So, 1) We arrived to the address to check in, they were dismissive about the phishing emails - didn’t want to know about them, then we find out that the apartment was not at the address provided but was their office. The apartment they were sending to was approximately .5 mile away. We are 3 ladies (65+) who had to drag 2 bags each to the new location.
2) On arrival at the new location we find it is NOT A LOVELY 2 bed apartment and it is 4-5 flights of stairs to get to. Also, as it was on the top floor, it was extremely hot.
3) Contacted Lamington Apartments and strongly voiced our displeasure of what was provided. It was not what was advertised or what was paid for. The 2 bed unit was extremely tiny with one bathroom. It was so small you couldn’t open your suitcase in the bedrooms. They offered to send a person to assist in getting the bags upstairs, which we accepted, as it was early evening and we were left with no choice. The young man himself struggled to get the bags upstairs. We had been traveling for 4 weeks so had large bags. It was only during the strong voicing of how inappropriate the unit was did they even offer to refund the cost of what was paid for and what was offered. To date, nothing forthcoming on that.
4) the excuses that Lamington Apartments provided changed a couple of occasions to a double booking to maintenance issues. Again they blamed Booking.com. Strange that Lamington Apartments are the ones who provide information of accommodation to the third party providers.
5) Lamington Apartments don't like to take responsibility for their error. We ended up securing other accommodation elsewhere which was so much better. Lamington Apartments let us down and themselves down. Be very wary of them. What you book and pay for is not what you will probably get and they don’t care.

These serviced apartments are excellent for a short or long trip, they have everything you need.
We booked a 2 bed apartment, one king size bed and a twin room which was ideal.
Washing machine/Dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery if you wish to cook.

We booked a 2 bed apartment, one king size bed and a twin room which was ideal.
Washing machine/Dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery if you wish to cook.

The nearest NCP is in London Olympia. You can also park on the street where you have to pay and display from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. It is free on weekends.

we do not have build in air-condition system, but we can provide you with fan. All our windows are in working condition and can be open to get some fresh air in.
