Hotel's Favourite
We booked online which was easy and stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault our stay in any way!! The purpose of our stay was to see cirque du soleil at the Royal Albert Hall and the hotel location was paramount as it was in easy walking distance!! We had a premier plus room which was perfect in every way even though it overlooked the railway lines we didn’t hear a thing!! On our first night we ate in the hotel restaurant after seeing the show and we both enjoyed our food!! Breakfast on both occasions was excellent with a big variety of choice either hot or cold!! The staff that we saw were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

Newly refurbished and it was excellent. Dani and the evening team of staff were superb. From checking in to leaving every member of staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the new plus rooms and it was well worth the additional cost, better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in.

The service of the room was non existent for the whole 3 nights. I understand that the Pandemic has created problems in the hospitality industry, However, there is no excuse for not changing towels or replenishing basic items. Firstly it would not take much effort to put a sign in each room notifying guests what can and can't happen. I believe that a package of replacement towels, teas coffees cups etc could be delivered to each room on a daily basis or a sign asking guests to contact reception each day requesting a package be delivered to the room.
When I asked why the room wasn't serviced the front desk were quick to offer excuses like covid 19 and staff shortages neither of which is really acceptable at this stage. There has been plenty of time to implement compromises and provide adequate information to paying guests.
The breakfast room furniture was dirty and stained. The breakfast price was more than advertised on the website. The self serve breakfast buffet was barely warm and not worth the price of £10.50.
The location of the hotel is good. Approx 250m from Earl's Court tube station with simple easy access to Central London

I was in London for work for 3 nights and the Premier Inn was one of the finer options for under £100 a night in and around Earls Court.
The website was clear that building work was taking place, and the hotel needs it as it’s a bit shabby and below the normal standard you’d expect. I didn’t hear any noise or have any interference from the building, which was great. However, I wasn’t in my room until after 9pm each night and was out just after 8am. I was also in room 671, which was some distance away from reception. The journey would put some off - up a couple of flights of stairs, across a walkway into a different building, up in a lift that wouldn’t close so needed manual intervention to push the doors together (some might find this disconcerting!!), around the corridors to the room at the very end of the hotel.
The room was clean, quiet and comfy. The air con turned itself on at 15c on the first night which gave me a long early wake up call to turn it off!!
But all in all it was ok. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that.

Stayed at the Premier Inn London Kensington Earl's Court for 1 night, as we were in London to see Alfie Boe at the Royal Albert Hall all. On arrival, we were greeted by the lovely Dawn, we were slightly earlier than expected, our room wasn't ready, so we decided to have a spot of lunch. Food was delicious, and surprising reasonably priced for the location, we were served by the adirable Svetlana, who seemed very shy, but absolutely lovely, we also were greeted by Farah the manager, who again was very polite and professional. Half way through our meal, about half an hour into it, we were told our room was ready. The room was a wheelchair accessible one (201) very easy to get into with my larger than average wheelchair. Was a little bit of effort due to the carpeted floor, would have preferred a wood floor, but wasn't a major issue. The bed was absolutely huge, I couldn't get my wheelchair in beside my side of the bed, but with a bit of altering, this was rectified very quickly. The bathroom was a wet room, a lovely size, with great facilities and could move around in my wheelchair very easily. Only criticism id have is the bin in the bathroom, could be a lot bigger, to accommodate more disposable incontinence pads, I could barely fit 2 in the bin there, where I use at least 4 a day. We had a little nap before going out to our show, and I have to say, the bed was so comfy, I almost didnt want to get up lol. Once ready to leave for our show, we went down to reception and asked for a taxi to be called. I couldnt believe how quick this was done by the gentleman at reception, whose name we sadly didn't take, all was done with the press of a button, and with heavy traffic at that time, it still took only about 15 minutes to come. Travel to the Royal Albert Hall took about 10 minutes, which was very pleasing and we were dropped off right outside the entrance to the Hall. I would recommend booking your return journey in advance, as we didnt and it took us almost an hour to get a taxi back to the hotel. The price of the taxi up was roughly about £7-10, which was very reasonable. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and visit the Royal Albert Hall again, really enjoyed our short trip, and will definitely do it again soon.

We booked a room well in advance that included a double bed and a single bed. We were told told that 3 adults could not stay in the same room as it was a "fire hazard". There was nothing on their website which stipulated that 3 people could not stay together. They then tried to charge us an additional £400 for a single room (nearly twice the price of the first).
This on top of the fact they'd already increased the price by £100 for nothing more than a date change (several months in advance).
To top it off, our room was entered without knocking twice despite having hung the do not disturb sign outside the door.
The whole ordeal was a nightmare and we had to fork out an unexpected £100 to make sure one of our trio had a place to sleep elsewhere.
Needless to say. Never again.

As regular users of Premier Inns we enjoyed our stay in one of their premium rooms. This is an excellent location for Olympia, Royal Albert Hall and various museums. There are a fair selection of good pubs and resteraunts within walking distance and the tube is close by.

Enjoyed our recent stay. Great value for money. Perfect location with children, only 5 mins walk to tube, 4 or 5 stops direct to covent garden on piccadilly line. 10/15 mins walk to science, natural history etc. Good all you can eat breakfast, well organised and quick turnaround. Went to show in west end one evening and felt very safe walking back to hotel. Definitely stay here again. Our room was over the railway line but triple glazed windows so absolutely no noise from outside.

Just stayed here for the second time and had another enjoyable time there. This hotel is so convenient for public transport - Earls Court Underground station and buses within a few minutes walk as well as being within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and museums. Room was clean and comfortable - always puzzled when a room is booked for 3 guests that there are only enough towels and tea cups, for example, for 2 guests, yet the beds are made up for 3 guests. Breakfast had a good choice of items and all the staff we spoke to in the hotel were polite, friendly and helpful. Like that you can store your luggage securely in the hotel if you arrive early or wish to pick it up later on your check out day. Look forward to returning.

Staying here for 2 nights whilst in London.
Great location-short walk approx 10 mins from Earls Court tube station where you can get the District and Piccadilly lines.
There are some convenience shops near the station and a McDonalds.
It was a very hot day when we arrived and the chilled water in reception was a nice touch ! Well done.
Rooms were of the usual good standard of Premier Inn and were clean and comfortable.
Although the underground runs close to hotel it did not cause us any disturbance and my wife is a light sleeper.
Breakfast- not included but you have option of continental or full English. Again of a good standard and a good selection of food.

I don’t think there is gluten free bread but cooked English breakfast, yoghurt & fruit provided.
yes you can....just pay at the desk when you get there
There was very nice shower gel and hand wash in the shower room. You might want to take your own shampoo and conditioner.
