Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely clean hotel, welcoming reception. Megan on the 1st floor cafe was very polite too and amazing eye lashes. Food was nice and basic . The rooms are just the right size and comfortable. The only downside is not big enough car park for size of hotel.

Excellent hotel, fab clean and spacious rooms. We stayed in 3 rooms and age range of visitors 19 to 55 and all really pleased with our stays. Brilliant location for easy transport links to O2 and London city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and lovely clean restaurant and bar.

Myself and a mate stayed here for a rugby tournament. The reception staff were welcoming. The room was clean, small. Bed was supposed to be a king size? I don’t think it was based on other king sizes I’ve stayed in. Pillows very uncomfortable. Bath room small. Clean. Tea making basic again. NO BISCUITS, come on now. Air con worked. For the money and location was ok. Wouldn’t stay here again. Obviously it’s budget so lower your expectations.

I like this chain of hotels. I liked the DOCLANDS CENTRAL hotel. -Friendly service at the reception. -Clean room. -Good breakfast. -The service in the restaurant during breakfast was especially pleasant. A very polite employee from the waiter service, Mary Anne. During our entire stay at the restaurant, Mary Anne kept the food station clean and kept order in this area. Thanks to Mary Anne for your concern. BIG Thank you to the hotel for finding such a caring employee.

It had been a long day at work, and was looking forward to getting back to my room, I was a little later than planned and couldn’t get a parking space, there is another car park close by but unfortunately bring in a van I was limited by height, I got y to o the reception desk and explained my predicament, I was overwhelmed when Kristina Celyn went over and above and said she would move her car so I could get a space, I was over the moon as it meant I could shower eat great food and get a good nights sleep. Thank you so much Kristina keep up the great work.

Not my first visit here for work and don’t think it will be my last. Family room this time, very comfortable. Check in was easy and hassle free. Not a great deal of parking here but there is more locally. Courtney served us at the bar and she was very kind and helpful, and patient!!

Myself and my mum took my son to London for his birthday. We usually stay in a Travelodge as he is autistic and likes things the same. The staff here were amazing, efficient and friendly. He was relaxed throughout and even when something changed they were so accommodating to help him settle. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner were lovely and the dining area was kept spotless. The views were great and it was only a 10 minute walk to the underground. We will certainly be returning.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. More than this though, the staff are exceptional. In particular, Shah and Nevaeh really went the extra mile for us. My elderly father stayed with me and they took good care of him while I was at work, helping him to open doors (he walks with a stick), bringing things upstairs that he needed (iron, towels), quickly and kindly assisting him when he managed to lock himself out of his room, and even giving him directions to the coffee shop up the road. Such lovely, kind-hearted and down-to-earth guys. I cannot thank them enough and my dad really loved his stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the exceptional customer service! ☺️

Nevaeh, the lovely and delightful young lady at reception, was very kind and accomodating as I had a few specific requests for the view from my window, as staying several times previously, I just adore a top floor view overlooking the River, Bow Creek, City Island/Canning Town and the O2 Arena. She kindly placed me in a room with a truly amazing view of all these amazing landmarks! Thank you so much Nevaeh, this is why this location and warm greetings like this will always make you my number one choice when visiting London!

Booked a family room, which was huge, clean and comfortable. There is nothing around the area and the food was not good but I would definitely recommend this as a convenient place to stay for work if you are with other people and can travel out for dinner.
