Visited here just before Lockdown 2 as we had booked the Belmond Pullman Train to Bath from Victoria. Hotel in the quiet back streets of Pimlico. We stayed in a Superior room (14) which was a great size with a double shower en-suite. All perfectly clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best I had but was sufficient for what we wanted. 5 minute walk to Victoria, and 20 minute to Buckingham Palace. The Q park Pimlico is right opposite the hotel if driving to london. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back to it. I want to thank the hotel for being very flexible and understanding of our circumstances. Very much appreciated, the team contributed to what was a great 3 days in London and Bath.
This hotel was a total find! Right in the heart of Pimlico and very near Victoria Station. It was absolutely immaculate everywhere. The bed was fabulously comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were robes to wear and a nespresso machine. Breakfast was large and cooked well, even the coffee was good. The staff could not do enough for us. I have stayed in lots of faceless chain hotels in London before for work so wanted something different and that's exactly what I got, a hotel with character. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Lovely hotel, very welcoming and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location, being close to public transport and easy to get to all the attractions of london if visiting as a tourist, also has a lot of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Have stayed twice now this year and both times have had a lovely room, but the superior room we had this time was really special with a very large comfortable bed, fantastic modern shower. There is also tea/coffee making facilities and bottled water in the rooms. The breakfast we had both times was absolutely delicious and the staff serving breakfast looked after us so well making sure we had plenty of tea and coffee. The hotel is very covid secure and spotless clean, hand sanitiser everywhere and partitions in the restaurant making us feel very safe. Will definetely stay again.…
Booked this for a visit in February 2020 so we could visit the Saatchi Gallery close to the hotel. The hotel is a short stroll from Victoria Coach Station, which is perfect! We had a very warm welcome! The room on the curved corner of the building was spacious and perfect with dual aspect, huge windows & en-suite. Nice toiletries and an in room safe. Food was truly amazing! We felt so comfortable and made to feel very special by the chef & all staff. The bar is fully stocked. The location of the hotel is perfect. As well as the the coach & train station being so close, other bars/shops/restaurants are very close by. We walked into more central London and it didn’t feel like it was too far. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We will stay again for sure.
Booked this as a last minute birthday treat for my husband. Welcomed by Genuine smiling faces - arrived a bit earlier that planned but even that was no problem and we were given room 33. The room was spacious and immaculate. Robes toiletries and the all important safe. A family run business makes it feel homely, genuinely nice people. We were going to book the Hilton but thought we would support small businesses in this awful financial time, best decision! Breakfast was amazing cooked to order fresh products. Social distancing adhered to but by Using clear screens you didn’t feel like you were in a small space. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back ! Mel & Steve
