We stayed at the Tower Suites for 4 nights during half term, and what a fantastic stay!
We had an Executive Suite which was perfect, the washer/dryer in the kitchen a nice surprise! Lovely spacious bathroom with a great shower and spotlessly clean. The hotel was busy and in a busy area near the Tower, but we didn’t hear a thing from our room. The only slight negative was the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for our 11 year old, it was ok but not the best for a 4/5 star hotel.
The cleaners visited every day and changed towels, remade beds and replenished the complimentary water, tea/coffee and biscuits. The hotel always smelt lovely!
The staff in the hotel were amazing, very professional and couldn’t have been more helpful, and we must give a special mention to Gabriel, who took time to ask us about our day every day when we returned, and to check we were enjoying our stay. Also to Anthony who was so helpful and polite, and left a lasting impression. Both a credit to the hotel!
We didn’t eat in the Italian restaurant within the hotel, but it looked lovely and always busy on an evening. Breakfast was also served in there, we chose to eat out for breakfast as £24 per head per night was quite expensive when you only want coffee and toast/pastries.
Location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the underground, and only 5 minutes from Tower Bridge so we spent most evenings walking along the river near HMS Belfast where we always felt very safe. Loads to see and plenty of places to eat and drink.
Definitely stay here if you’re visiting London, you won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to return!
Thank you Tower Suites for making our stay so special.

Dear Chloe, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that your half-term getaway at Tower Suites was such a memorable experience and that the Executive Suite met your needs so well. It's great to know the in-suite amenities, including the washer/dryer and spacious bathroom, added to your comfort. We also appreciate your note on the sofa bed, and we’ll be looking into ways to enhance the comfort of all our sleeping options. Your kind words about our staff mean a lot to us—Gabriel and Anthony are indeed wonderful team members, and they’ll be so pleased to know they made a positive impact on your stay. Our team takes pride in offering warm and attentive service, and it’s fantastic to hear they helped make your experience special. We’re glad you enjoyed our ideal location near Tower Bridge and the river, as well as the peaceful atmosphere in your suite despite being in such a bustling area. It’s wonderful that you took advantage of the nearby attractions and felt safe exploring the beautiful riverside. We do have an outlet "Simply Fresh To Go" which offers a light bite in case you do not feel like having a full breakfast. Please ask a member of our staff on your next visit. Thank you again for choosing Tower Suites. Our team will look forward to welcome you back in not so distant future. Until then, we remain With kind regards, Blue Orchid Guest Relations

We are a family of 4 with teenagers 15 & 17 stayed 7 days in August, the room was spacious with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. We liked the rooms divided for my daughters to have some privacy and space of their own and it is carpet free. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Each day we would receive 4 bottles of spring water and snacks, place was always very clean and provided us fresh towels daily. The hotel was steps away from bus stop and underground train. Originally, I thought the hotel was far from everything; however, the hotel was close to many restaurants, co-op, Tower of London, pubs, underground train, bus, etc. We felt very safe and highly recommend staying there. PS: Hotel breakfast was okay and very expensive best to go to a local cafe or pub for breakfast. We only had breakfast the first day there so we can get ahead start to Portobello Market first thing in the morning. The Italian Restaurant in the hotel was very delicious and highly recommend eating there. Keep in mind the portions are meant for sharing therefore portions are smaller than regular size meals. Overall the quality of their food was top notch and service was impeccable.

Unfortunately, our tour operator made the hotel reservation without informing us. So we arrived and had no room, our tour operator was unavailable. The hotel was fully booked, luckily Ash was still able to accommodate us. She really did everything so that we could start and enjoy our vacation stress-free. She didn't have to do that, it wasn't the hotel's fault. We appreciate that very much! Trevor was also very obliging and helpful, he even gave us a brief tour of the room beforehand. In general, all the staff were very polite and nice at all times.
The location of the hotel is perfect for a city trip, underground and bus nearby, ferries also within 5 minutes walking distance. Tower Bridge is also right on the doorstep. The room was great, quiet, clean, modern and a great bed. It was regularly tidied up and water and coffee/tea were replenished in the room. The only small downside is that the window could not be opened, but there is air conditioning. The breakfast is very good, there is everything your heart desires and the staff are very attentive. In 7 days I never experienced that anything was not available at the buffet. Coffee and tea were also regularly refilled. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the bar as we didn't go there.
I recommend this hotel 100%.
Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our second time staying at this hotel and it didn't disappoint us. From a smooth check in to a smooth check out (Fiusi is great) and everything in-between this hotel is a wonderful stay. We stayed in a superior suite on the 7th floor and paid £360 for 2 nights without breakfast. Worth every penny. The hotel and room was immaculately clean and cleaners also came in the next morning. The bathroom is spacious with products supplied and a rainfall shower. You have a separate bedroom and living/kitchen area which is lovely. All the facilities you would expect and more, ie coffee machine, safe, dressing gowns, ironing board, hair dryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine . We overlooked the Shard and was a 2 min walk from Tower hill tube and over the road to the DLR railway. Near many bars and pubs and just a tube ride from all of central London. Special mention to the staff at this hotel who can truly not do enough to help you and make you feel so special on your stay. There are bars and restaurants on site at the hotel but we went out so didn't use them but the menus looked amazing. We will 100% come back again when in London !!

We took a room with a sofa bed and kitchenette area. If the bedroom has sliding doors, it is completely open to the kitchen area. The bed is very wide, probably 180cm. The mattress is a little hard, but you get used to it.
We found the accommodation really spacious, from the bathroom to the living area.
We had breakfast and dinner in the room every day (5 days).
There is a kitchenette with two hotplates, a microwave, a fridge (freezer compartment), a washing machine which also serves as a dryer, a mini dishwasher and a sink. It also contains a frying pan, a saucepan, a salad bowl, a trivet, a masher, a whisk, a wooden spoon, a strainer, a can opener, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker. There were dishes for two, but on request we had the extra.
The sofa bed is 140cm. A little soft but sufficient. The table is small but four of us were able to eat there.
There is a large TV in both spaces, with access to movies.
The toilets are in the bathroom which is spacious. The shower works very well with good pressure. There is a water rain system from the ceiling.
In the bedroom there are two cupboards, a safe, an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer in the dressing table area drawer.
There are many mirrors.
Cleaning was done every day, as were the beds. Towels were changed often even though we didn't request them. Toiletries were replenished if necessary, as were tea, coffee and bottled water.
The location is optimal. Tower Hill station is a minute or two walk away. On the other side of the hotel from the metro, passing under the DLR train tracks, there is a perfect COOP supermarket! In the evening, they do promotions (clearance) on products to be consumed during the day. In the morning, there are freshly baked pastries on site.
The gym is not big but perfectly laid out with exactly the right amount of machines. There is even a shower on site as the room is not in the reception building. You have to go out to find the entrance under the porch.
We also found it easy to go for a walk towards Tower Bridge, or in the Leadenhall Market area (15 minutes' walk).
The concierges are charming and willing to help, the same at reception or room service.
The whole is decorated in a modern, contemporary way. It is recently renovated or installed. It seemed like a quality hotel to us.

We stayed at Tower Suites Blue Orchid for a few days this past December while we were visiting my husband’s family just outside of London.
The location of the hotel was amazing we were right across the street from the Tower of London, with amazing views of the shard, and a short walk to Tower Bridge which made it easy to get across the Thames. There was also a tube station right behind the hotel which was right on the circle and district lines making it very easy to get around London.
The hotel itself was amazing starting as soon as we walked into the lobby. We came in during a busy time but the staff did an amazing job of helping everyone in a timely and efficient manner. Once we got up to the room it became apparent this was not the room I had booked or paid for as we had been upgraded to a Superior Suite (I thought I had more pictures of the room but sadly I didn’t take as many as I thought I did). The room was clean with a kitchenette and washer/dryer in the suite along with a sitting area and a large bedroom area. The bed was very comfortable. We did not have the room cleaned while we were there as we were not staying for long and we don’t have our rooms cleaned every day while we stay in a hotel so I am not able to comment on the housekeeping services, but we did request more milk for the coffee and tea in the room which they brought up a considerable amount very quickly while all the while ensuring there was nothing else we needed. We had to use the concierge to order us a taxi a few times I was very impressed with the service we had during our stay.
We did not have breakfast in the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant for dinner on our last night. It did take a while for someone to notice we were there and for us to get seated and then a bit of an extended wait for someone to take our order, however, once we had a server there were no delays. The food was incredible, so incredible the only thing we managed to get a picture of was the dessert.
We cannot wait to stay at this hotel again

We booked this hotel as we love the location and this is the 3rd hotel we have tried. It was a belated anniversary trip for 5 days. Check in was quick and we were upgraded to a larger suite with balcony. The suite was stunning a separate bedroom area, large lounge and large bathroom with a perfect shower. The kitchenette had a double hob, micro, dishwasher and washer/dryer which I’m sure would be handy if you had a long stay or kids. Also an Nespresso machine and kettle. Bottled water daily with biscuits. We booked breakfast and I have to say this was one of the best the cooked food was perfect and I am fussy and they had a massive selection of cold meats, cheeses etc. This room is a bar at night so great for sitting and people watching. The bathroom has everything you may have fortgotten as well as robe and slippers. The Tower of London is opposite so great views too

The location was better than expected: very close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, the two most visited places in London, so we were able to visit it many times. And most importantly, right next door was a metro station (Underground) that goes directly through the city centre, where most major attractions are. There were also a bus stop, a DLR station, and a waterbus pier nearby too. Very convenient to go in any direction. Breakfast was delicious, although the cons was that it didn't change, so we ended up eating the same things for our whole long stay. And because we stayed for 2 weeks, Vi and Nisreen, the two front desk staffs, were so kind to offer us complimentary room upgrade. Our room had dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge, microwave, and kitchen stuff. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

The Tower Suites by Blue Orchid, was a great fit for our family’s travel needs. The 1BR apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The bed in the MBR was very firm and comfortable. The provided water, coffee, biscuits in the room were replenished daily and at no extra charge. There was even a washer/dryer in the room which is important for an extended stay. The staff was also extremely courteous and responsive.

Excellent location everything within walking distance and if not it is close to Tower Gateway for the best transport links. Nice reception area and well staffed. Very welcoming despite staff being busy with a conference and other arrivals. We were immediately relieved of our heavy bags by ‘Alex’ one of the cheery and helpful concierge staff and advised our room was ready. After checkin, we were escorted to our room by Alex which was helpful especially due to the various security entry procedures involving our keycard! It confused us a bit. The room was large with a useful kitchen and dining area. Large shower room and comfortable twin bed setup as per our request. Quality towels and bedding. It was a warm day so air conditioning was much appreciated. We were front facing so traffic noise but closing windows sorted that out. We enjoyed our stay with only a few small gripes I.e. rooftop terrace was a bit disappointing (views amazing) and spa facilities were not as expected. Breakfast paid or included? We paid for included breakfast but when one of us asked for Eggs Benedict we were advised it would be an extra charge ( as expensive again as the daily rate). The buffet breakfast was good if you arrived ‘just at the right time’ it did cool and empty quickly and staff worked hard to keep up with demand. Alex in concierge took care of our luggage after checkout and returned it to us at departure again very helpful and professional. Thanks all I’m sure we will return one day.
