Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

The positives:
- Staff was allright
- The hotel was fairly clean

The negatives:

- The bed wasn’t level. It leaned so much I felt out of it. Almost comical. Had to put pillows below to make it kind of straight.

- There was a very bright light shining through the curtains and li

I took this hotel for the situation witch was perfect.

First of all, the room 24's bathroom was freezing, despite of a towel radiateur, it is due to an emergency metal door. no ventilation either.

Second, from 5am to 6am, the 2 nights, a noise of bed from a closed room for 1

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, together with a friendly and professional staff and a superb location close to the Baker Street tube station and Marylebone's many lovely shops and restaurants make the Blandford Hotel my first choice when I'm in London. A top recommendation.

The hotel is very nicely done and is quite modern but it's the location I enjoyed the most. The breakfast service left much to be desired not only from the standpoint of choices available but the serving ladies were not the friendliest I've encountered.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was probably the smallest room I've ever booked, but also the most functional one.
Everything is there, including ironing facilities if you are in such need.
Bathroom is rather spacious and really nice.
Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. I

Hi I have booked a room for 2 nts for 2-4 January ‘19. How far is the hotel from Oxford street- 1) by tube 2) by walk Thanks a ton!
It's less than fifteen minutes to Oxford Street if you walk, but it's a pleasant route directly through Marylebone, especially if you walk down Marylebone High Street. On either the Jubilee or Bakerloo tube lines from Baker Street tube stop it's two or three minutes. There are also busses every couple minutes that run down Baker Street and take less than five minutes.

Hello! I found one place that says the hotel offers an airport shuttle. Is this the case?
They recommended a taxi, though we took the train, but I would double check via e-mail concerning what they currently offer. Everyone at the Blanford was extremely helpful. We had a lovely stay there.

Hi. I want to enquire about accommodation. We are looking for accommodation with easy to get to and from certain attractions and also to get to Heathrow airport? We will be dropped off at a hotel the Great Cumberland Place, London City of London, UK W1H 7DL on the 2nd January as we are doing a tour of Europe with Trafalgar tours We want to spend a few days in London before travelling back home . As we cannot guarantee what time we will arrive back at the hotel we want somewhere close to the hotel but not too pricey. Can you please assist with ease of access from this address to a place nearby? As it will be our first time in London. Please also advise regarding any extra charges so we can budget. Thanks Pauline
How are the beds in your quad rooms situated? are there beds for 4 or is there a pull out coach? How many quad rooms does your hotel have? Thank you.
Hi Melinda, Thank you for your message. Our brand new Quad rooms have two double beds and are perfect for families of max 4 persons. We only have 2 rooms of that type.
