The Radisson Blu Hotel in London's Euston Square garners mixed reviews; guests commend its pristine cleanliness and prime location with easy access to local attractions, despite some noise issues. The service stands out, with many praising the staff's friendliness and efficiency.
However, opinions vary on the value, as numerous travelers criticize the hotel for high costs that don't match the room quality and dated atmosphere. While the amenities and spacious, upgraded rooms are highlights for some, others are disappointed by maintenance problems and inconsistent decor.

Detailed Reviews
Stayed here for a night with my daughter. The room was spacious and had large features such as tv and bed. The room was clean as was the bathroom, and there was enough room for my little one to run round and play and not get bored! The staff were also lovely which was a bonus. Price is reasonable for the location as it is right next to Warren Street station which is an accessible station to places such as Euston and Oxford Circus (only 1 stop away). I have recommended this hotel to family and friends both for cleanliness and location. Only small problem I had was that the walls are quite thin so could hear all the noise of people coming into surrounding rooms at night.

My partner’s father was very ill in UCLH and the Grafton Hotel was very useful for staying close by. It was a pace of rest after long visits to the hospital ward for a prolonged period.
The General Manager, reception staff, cleaners and the breakfast crew were all very helpful

This was my second stay at the Radisson Grafton since last year. The hotel is simply excellent, especially the friendly and helpful staff. The location is wonderful- literally next door to the Tube station and around 10-15 minutes walk to the famous Oxford street. Breakfast here is a must-have, offering a large variety of items (hint: ask about the available a la carte items that could be prepared for you, aside from the buffet ;) ). The rooms are a bit on the small side, but to be fair most hotels in Europe are designed that way. Overall, highly recommended.

Location wise this hotel is certainly in a prime location, just steps away from key tube stations and being in a prime location. Outside the front door might feel like a bustling vicinity but fortunately once through the door things are a lot calmer. Occasionally there are door staff but I’ve not found any consistency with that, but managing lots of luggage to the check in desks is no issue without. Staff are welcoming and friendly and the process wasn’t too excessive. A couple of small lifts serves the accommodation floors which although lengthy are clean and have nice decor.
My standard room was overlooking one of the side streets off Tottenham Court Road and was a decent size. The room was on varying levels meaning steps down into the bedroom area, and a climb into the bathroom, which during the day made it feel more like a smart apartment, but at night made navigating around a little difficult given there were no dim or night lights.
The bedroom area itself was spacious enough with a large desk and areas to keep luggage. The bed was comfortable but annoyingly didn’t have any electric sockets nearby, so devices have to bed charged on the desk. There were a couple of arm chairs and table making the space a little more comfortable. TV was a good size, the fridge was empty but the air conditioning worked adequately for the room and despite the busy location there was little noise from outside. The worse aspect of the room ended up being the lighting, which although had switches next to the bed was nothing more the bright on or off, which with the steps at night wasn’t the most relaxing.
The bathroom was equally spacious and it was nice for there to be plenty of storage within the shower area itself, with useful shelves and multiple toiletry dispensers. The whole area was spotlessly clean and with the white marble tiles had a high end feel. Towels were plentiful and good quality and having a bath is always a delight even without a separate shower area.
Overall the room was nice and comfortable. It was a shame to find the glasses and mugs still coming wrapped in plastic but at least he drink facilities were good, but there is also a nice bar on the ground floor. I also found out that housekeeping visits very late in the day which might be worth bearing in mind for some people.
Checking out around 8am was slower than you’d hope since there was large groups both arriving and leaving. There didn’t seem to be an expedited drop off for keys which was a shame but at least it was, again, a friendly engagement with the staff. Overall it’s a nice hotel, regularly one of the most expensive in the area but worth considering if you need the prime location.

The lights and electrics blew and a steady stream of water poured into my room through a light fitting. Staff didn't even ask if I was OK and when I tried to lodge a complaint with the duty manager, she was dismissive, didn't take notes and it didn't go to t he e room herself. She said it this sort of of thing happens all of the time when we other guests take a shower apparently!
The 'premier room' had a stained brown carpet. Stains up the walls. The bath was cracked and patched badly. The plug had been removed to stop it being used. The bathroom fan, which cannot be turned off, was broken and droned all night. The door to the hallway gave no noise insulation and you could hear every word uttered in the corridor. Check out is at 11am but I had housekeeping pounding on the door before 8 am wanting to come in and change over. The £15 room service 'credit' included in the booking fee could only be spent if you agreed to pay more.

4 colleagues and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of March 2020, whilst attending a nearby conference.
The location was perfect - close to our conference facility, right next door to the Warren Street underground station, and within reasonable walking distance of great nearby shopping and restaurants.
The rooms were on the small side, as expected in London, but perfectly adequate. Beautifully finished with lovely bathrooms.
Beds are super comfy and everyone enjoyed 2 great nights of sleep.
The hotel retains its overall “Edwardian” charm, whilst integrating modern finishes and amenities.
The breakfast was wonderful and offered good choices. Neither morning was overly busy, and we never felt overcrowded or hassled, even on a lazy Saturday morning leisurely breakfast.
However, the main standout feature of this hotel is their staff - fabulous!! From our first, to our last interaction, and everyone in between, the staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and outright professional. This was noted by myself and everyone of my colleagues. We were truly impressed by the warm and welcoming attitude of all the staff.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even if it was for a business trip. I would definitely return to this hotel for a couples trip.
Thank you Edwardian Grafton for another high quality typical Radisson stay.

I booked this hotel based on its location as I needed to be near University College hospital for visiting a relative who was an in-patient there. I could not have been more pleased to find it was literally steps from the hospital. This has made my visiting so much easier. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast sets you up well for the day with plenty of choice. It is also ideal for underground and mainline stations I will happily return here next time I need a hotel in London

Booked 1 night at this hotel as we were coming to London to watch the matinee performance of Shen Yun. We asked the hotel if we could leave our bag whilst we went to the show and communication before we arrived was excellent. We checked in on line and were surprised to find our room ready when we arrived at 11.15 am. The room was small but had a large very clean bathroom with nice towels and toiletries and was ideal for a nights stay. We deliberately picked a room not facing the main road and heard no noise during the night. Breakfast was buffet style but there was certainly enough to choose from although the bacon was a little crispy for my liking ! We were able to leave our bag with the concierge until we had to leave for the train. The hotel is close to Euston and the underground and if we were coming to London again we would definately stay here again.

Very worn down and old hotel with ridiculously small rooms for 2 person. Very small bed. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. There was a insect inside the closet like a worm.. The hotel smelled like toilet from the entrance and on every floor. I asked to change room but reception told me it wasn’t possible although there where available rooms. Very thin walls and lots of partying guest that came in drunk very late at night and we could hear them as if they where inside our room. Same thing with the cleaning staff when they started working it just wasn’t possible to sleep more or overall have a good night sleep. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. I booked Radisson blue cause I’m from Sweden and here those hotels are real 4 and 5 star. The Radisson in London is like a maximum 2 star. Only good thing was the staff at breakfast who were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

I couldn't sleep from extremely loud noises all night like drilling and an automatic light switching on and off randomly all night. When i called for assistance twice, I was promised a call back both occasions withing 10 minutes. This never happened. I even mentioned this on the second call I made to reception and they had stated that I wasn't called back because the first person I called had to help a customer...I was also told that the light has to keep flicking on and off all night because I had stairs in my room. Perhaps this should be mentioned before assigning a room such as this to your customers?
I was discounted 20% in the morning but feel that this doesn't really compensate the entire night's lack of sleep paired with awful customer service.

Dear jackieltravel ,
Our Junior Suites offer a comfortable and spacious retreat, perfect for those seeking a bit more room during their stay. You can expect features such as a separate living area, a king-size bed, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The living area is ideal for relaxing, working, or entertaining, and it often features comfortable seating, a coffee table, and a television. The king-size bed is dressed in high-quality linens and provides a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, such as a large shower, a soaking tub, and premium toiletries.
It's a straight walk up Tottenham Court Road which is well lit and relatively busy at that time of night (theature turn out). As one other person has said however it is an easy journey on the London Underground from Tottenham Court Road Station, 2 stops on the Northern Line to Warren Street Station. The hotel is very close to Warren Street exit.
Dear Ian G,
The Hotel has no parking on site however there is parking available for a cost nearby
We did get a complimentary breakfast but as part of the deal we got through Expedia.
Shuttle may take a while and costly. Underground is across the street. Worth it , but moving luggage thru crowds can be cumbersome. Take elevators at train stops.
