Guests have experienced a warm atmosphere, contributing to a tranquil stay. However, opinions on the hotel diverge significantly; while some commend the cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms, others criticize their size, maintenance, and cleanliness. We stayed here Thursday to yesterday (Sunday).

I chose the hotel due to its location and it was great. A few minutes walk to the Victoria Underground station and close to Buckingham Palace.

Check-in was quick even though we were an hour early to the new revised check-in time of 4pm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was just what we expected. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and we never heard any noise from the outside or from the rooms near us. Our room looked to the back of the hotel so we did not have a view, but we didn't go to London to spend time in our room anyway. The aircon also worked well.

Due to limiting contact, housekeeping does not clean your room during your stay unless you ask them to. This wasn't a problem for us at all, but by adding a cheap toilet brush to the bathroom they could have made our stay more pleasant.

Breakfast was unorganized chaos throughout. I know the staff are either new, or if they were there before the pandemic, they would have only served a buffet breakfast, but they have had 2 months to get used to table service! In any restaurant, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, a drinks order is taken first and whilst you prepare them, the guests look at the menu so that they can order when you bring the drinks. This only happened on the last morning, the other two mornings our order was taken in full at once and then items arrived one at a time over a long period of time. On the second morning my husband's full English was the first thing to arrive and because it was hot so couldn't wait, he had eaten it before his toast, my food or either of our teas/coffees had arrived. First morning the beans were cold so he didn't order them again. Fried eggs were really undercooked every morning and this comes from someone who likes a runny yolk, he ended up not eating them. Apart from those, the quality of the food on offer was good. Main problem is the service or the lack of it so you can't be bothered to complain about the eggs or whatever because you know it's going to take forever to replace.
I must say that the waitress yesterday morning was good and took our order properly. I didn't get her name but she had short light brown/blonde hair. Also yesterday was the only day we got asked if everything was ok and the only day someone asked if we wanted a refill of drinks.

In conclusion, I would happily stay again, but I wouldn't pay for breakfast until they can return to the self service buffet style

Stayed here as a family of 4, found it to be perfectly sited, clean and our family room very spacious. Close (walking distance) to Victoria Station and plenty of sightseeing locations. The room itself was quiet and spacious; large comfortable bed, 2 single beds and a cot for our youngster. There was still room for 2 chairs. Room was a little tired decor wise but was very clean and was air conditioned which was very welcome during the heatwave when we stayed. Rooms are only entered and cleaned if requested during the current Covid situation. All staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were supplied with fresh towels on request when we forgot to request the room be spruced up (our fault for forgetting to let reception know). TV and tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also a hairdryer in the room we had. Shower was great. Stairlift available out the front and lifts inside for guests requiring assistance. There is a restaurant on site, we didn't eat there so can't comment on that but there is one available if you desire. Would happily stay next time we're visiting London.

Booked a premium room for 3 nights and given room 4 on the ground floor. The room was spacious as it is an accessibility room and bed comfortable.
Currently there is a policy ( because of covid) of not automatically cleaning rooms which is fine but they should still empty bins and replenish tea/coffee and water etc. without asking.
Also the room had not been properly prepared prior to our check-in as it was short on towels and the shower soap dispenser was empty.
The room can be a bit noisy close to the road and it's at the end of a corridor where stairs lead to the 1st floor.
It is also beside a Fire Exit which one morning was used as a loading door to bring in supplies at 6.30am. Not acceptable.
Finally the restaurant was only open for breakfast and unless it was included in your booking could not be charged to your room.

There were both positives and negatives to our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Premier Inn London Victoria. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We were also able to leave our luggage in a secure room before check-in and after checkout so we could explore the city without having to carry our bags with us. We stayed in a Premier plus room, which was slightly more expensive, however I, personally, wouldn't say that there is all that much difference between the plus and standard rooms to warrant paying the extra. Additionally, there are two levels of WiFi to choose from: Free and Paid for. The free WiFi was nigh on unusable on the top floor of the hotel as the signal was patchy and it was slow when you could actually connect. Finally, the corridor on the 5th floor had quite a damp and foisty smell, which was quite unpleasant. Thankfully, the smell didn't make it's way into the room which would have been really frustrating. Overall, it's a Premier Inn; you know what to expect. The price was fair, the bed was comfy, and we got a great night sleep.

Fully understand staff shortages post Covid but still expected certain levels of cleanliness and service.
Reception was never attended instead a 'ring for service' bell was used.
We were told that daily cleaning was only available if asked for which would not be a problem as we understood the staff shortages situation and would be happy not to have the room cleaned for three days.
However, we did expect enough towels, toilet paper and coffee making facilities to last the three days of our stay.
We would also have liked some more wardrobe space than offered as per pictures.
Apart from some hanging space the rest of our belongings had to stay in our luggage.
Again, probably down to staff shortages but there was layers of dust almost everywhere.
Begs the question as to how Covid safe and clean the place was.
I feel that if you cannot manage it to a modicum of sanitary standard, either reduce your rates accordingly and explain to your potential guests in advance or shut the place down.

Let me preface my review by stating that my wife and I are great fans of the Premier Hub hotels in London and have regularly stayed in them since they first opened. Unfortunately, there is no Hub in Victoria so we opted for the Premier Inn. Never again.

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good, and we were able to check in a couple of hours early, but nothing else worked properly - and we were in a "recently refurbished" Premier Plus room

The reception area and corridors smelt musty.
Within 24 hours we had to be switched to another room because our heating did not work.
In neither room did the fan in the bathroom work, as a result the bathroom walls streamed with condensation everytime we had a shower. A member of staff told us that this was an "ongoing issue" throughout the hotel. If that is the case, I am surprised that the hotel is open at all in these Covid-sensitive times
The lack of ventilation made a nonsense of the notice on the window which assured us that ,even though the window could not be opened, "there's a constant stream of fresh air inside your room." Only if we kept the room door open!
There was black mould above the window around the curtain rail.
The "ultimate wifi" was pathetic and continually and frequently dropped out. Altogether, we were given three sets of daily wifi codes, but they only ever worked for a single device rather than the advertised three.
When we changed rooms, it took well over an hour and four or five trips between the room and reception to obtain a working room key. In the end, I was given "our last energency key for the room, so please don't lose it or demagnetise it."
The toilet seat was unstable and had to be replaced.
The coffee machine leaked badly. A staff member tried to tell my wife that it was because I was not using it properly, but I have successfully operated an almost identical machine at home for many years.
On our last day, the icing on the cake was the fact that the only lift to the fifth floor, where our room was, was out of commission.

We informed the hotel management of all of the above during our stay. The staff, especially the maintenance man (who we saw a lot of!) were courteous and tried hard to be helpful, but they were let down by the shoddy infrastructure of the hotel. The hotel has a generally neglected air and compares very unfavourably with its Premier Hub sisters throughout London. Without doubt the second worst hoteI we have stayed in this century

Feedback left on the hotel website has not yet had a response.

We visited for 3 nights in early August - no complaints. The room being air conditioned during an especially warm week in London was great.

Bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was larger than expected with a nice shower. We did buy our own shampoo and bodywash in the nearby Sainsburys as the stocked 2in1 shampoo/bodywash provided didn’t look too appealing. Not a lot of hanging/wardrobe space if you needed to hang multiple items. The buffet breakfast was perfect to start a day of exploring.

5 minute walk to Victoria station was ideal although we started most mornings with a stroll to Westminister which was approx 20-25 mins.

Stayed for two nights. Upon arrival we waited in the hotel lobby for ages, no staff were around. We rang the reception bell three/four times and eventually someone appeared. Our room wasn't ready, so we went out and came back later. My youngest daughter was asleep in a pushchair. The hotel staff checked us in and told us our room was on the first floor, which we could access via the lift. We went to the lift went up to the first floor, to find that our room was not accessible via the lift. We had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs, with luggage and a young child in a pushchair. I was a woman, with my elderly mother and another 7 year old and we had been guaranteed by the hotel reception staff that the room was accessible via the lift. We then got to our room, which was on the very edge of the hotel. There was absolutely no wifi in the room. In the hallway outside our room we could access the wifi. Due to the location it could not be accessed, not even the wifi that you could pay for! When we went down to try and move rooms we were told there were no family rooms left and there was nothing they could do. We booked the breakfast, it was awful, cold and stale food was provided. Upon complaining to Premier Inn upon our return they refused to deal with the complaint, and closed it with just a refund on our breakfast. The room was dated and several things were damaged. I feel that we should of had something refunded for this room we paid a lot of money and it was not a nice stay at all. Carrying a pushchair up flights of stairs and a young child, plus the fact I was trying to work whilst a way meant I had to sit in the corridor to send emails. Appalling service at the hotel and not much better when we got home either. Never again.

The prices for staying in London for 4 days between Christmas and New Year could not be faulted. A typical Premier Inn, where you know what you're going to get and breakfast was a bit busy and flustered at times, but I wouldn't complain about anything at all. Just a bit of patience is required at times. This wasn't our first time at this hotel as we love the location, and we will be back next December.

This hotel is perfect for London. It's a 5 min walk from Victoria & family friendly too.

The staff are very friendly & helpful & nothing is too much trouble.

Our room was clean, spacious & quiet which was nice.

We booked breakfast, kids go free & we paid £10.50 each for full English & continental. The breakfast was hot fresh & plenty of choices to choose from including gluten free if you were.

Will definately be returning again.
