A perfect little gem tucked on a quiet residential street in Earl's court. 5 min walk from a huge Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury and lots of pharmacies and restaurants. High Street Kensington is just a 10 min walk. Holland Park, Kensington Royal Gardens, and Hyde Park are also within walking distance. Apartment is a good size for two people with ample storage and everything you need in the kitchen, including a washer dryer. If you want to test the cleanliness of a property, then stay there during an international pandemic! Communal areas were kept spotless and the staff was still attentive to our needs. A huge thanks to Liz and the whole team who were staying overnight during the lockdown to make sure we had everything we needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 month stay at Templeton Place! The staff was always available and willing to help with anything. Little things like delivering packages right to my door and alway checking if I needed more towels or shampoo went a long way. The one-bedroom was well sized and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a nice sized desk to allow for a comfortable work from home setting. The location was ideal, with a short walk to the Earl's Court tube station and a large Tesco supermarket, making it a very livable long-term stay. I would definitely stay again.

stayed in premier studio room; spacious and clean. Increased the temperature on thermostat but didn't know what other buttons to push to increase the heating. I didn't mind this though as the corridor outside was hot and the towel heater was good enough. Kitchen was well kitted out with all one needs; wonderful shower with plenty of soap/shampoo, towels. I used to live in Lexham Gardens back in the eighties when Earls Court was a bit rough but now the area has plenty of nearby new restaurants, specially if you walk down to old brompton road/kings road. For the price, templeton place is far superior to staying in larger hotel chains such as Hilton/Marriott etc. I would stay here again.

Myself and partner are just total in love with this place. The comfort and kindness of the staff. The Templeton Place is beautifully clean with a smart decor and wonderful art and beautifully spaced out. The apartments are situated in a listed building in a quiet spot with only a 5 min walk into the vibrant hustle of Earls court. The apartments provide wonderful toiletries /bottled water and with a selection of wines. (Wines you pay for separately) Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are all just wonderful. its a home from homes.

I cannot rate Templeton Place enough. We stayed over 3 weeks and had different rooms. All of them were very clean and comfortable. There’s plenty of storage for longer stays and the beds are very comfortable. Takes no time at all to walk to the tube station (2mins) and there are masses of restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes on Earls Court Road.

Two years later, and I stayed here again for a week. The value, location, and room amenities simply cannot be beat. The same reasons I stayed here the first time still hold true: - Working Air-Conditioning - Washer/Dryer in unit with laundry detergent pods included - Very decent internet speeds 110Mbps down, 44Mbps up makes working from this place very doable - Many, many great locations to get food and groceries around Earl's Court station. Earl's Court is easily accessible without changing trains from Paddington. - Interactions with staff were very customer focused. There were several times where I asked staff to empty my bins, and instead of saying "yes it be done" the staff member did it right away without delay.
My room developed a small ceiling leak in the bath the final night of my visit - and the hotel staff apologized profusely, and promptly assigned me to another room. The front desk staff continues to be excellent in this regard at being able to quickly solve problems.
My whole week's stay cost the same as a single night at other "residential style hotels" in London that don't offer very much more in terms of amenities or services as Templeton Place.

The Templeton Hotel's Nevern building in London offers spacious accommodations suitable for families or groups needing larger spaces, including amenities like a small kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. However, our stay was marred by several issues.
Despite booking a cot/roll-away bed, we had to secure a second room because the roll-away bed's mattress was unusable. Reception service was consistently unresponsive, and we often had to call multiple times for assistance. The locked reception door added to the inconvenience, requiring repeated calls to be let in.
Staff seemed generally annoyed when approached for help. For instance, it took almost an hour to make up a sofa bed, and they initially forgot the pillow. Maintenance issues included leftover tape from painting, a cigar burn on the coffee table, warped floors, and a damp bath mat post-cleaning. Additionally, the second room had a broken fridge (though there was a mini fridge) and a non-functional dishwasher, which wasn't disclosed initially.
Despite the spaciousness and amenities, the quality of service and maintenance detracted from our overall experience. If you are looking for an AirBnB-type setup in the Kensington vicinity, Templeton is satisfactory, but if you are truly looking for a more hotel-like experience, or really any degree of service, you might be disappointed.

A lovely place to stay in London, with the personal touch & friendly greetings & humour from the great guys on reception. Entry by key pad code. This can’t really be described as a hotel. It’s a lovely older building converted to flats, some of which are let out as holiday stays. There is a friendly welcome from a single concierge at a small desk. There is a lift. Our kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The lounge is very comfortable with TV, coffee table & desk. A small dining table sits by the front window. The very comfy bedroom is separate, with another TV, plenty of wardrobe space & bedside tables. A lovely roomy bathroom with full bath & shower. Very modern & spotlessly clean. Good air con & central heating system. A lovely light space by day. Dark nights with good quality curtains. Also a quiet area & neighbourhood. So much space for a hotel room in London, you’re really spoilt here. It was great to have the flexibility to come back at the end of the day & cook a quick dinner, when we were tired & didn’t fancy the restaurants. There are 3 small local supermarkets within 5 minutes walk on Earls Court High Street. Also takeaways, local pubs & small restaurants. Underground is also just 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend . Also thanks to the kind & friendly guy at the desk, who called us a taxi at short notice, when ours didn’t turn up.

Absolutely brilliant hospitality. I can not fault anything. Safe, secure, very clean and over impressed by everything. Highly recommend Supercity. Perfect place to stay in London. Short stay ideal for staying in the studios. Long term stay I recommend the 1 bedroom apartments.
So close to Earls Court tube station and transport facilities. Easy access to Heathrow airport. The location of Templeton Place is in a nice area too and so easy to use public transport.
Perfect service, the hospitality staff are amazing, professional, courteous and very helpful. Exceptional mention should go to Arif , he is an asset to Supercity. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities to make sure guests are safe, secure, happy and welcome. I admire his stamina and the way he really makes one stays very special. Thank you Arif. Very professional team, including the night staff,, housekeeping and maintenance. Thank you immensely. I hope all guests treat you the same way you treat the guests. I can not find enough words of praise the satisfaction for my stay.

We spent 5 nights and could have stayed longer if we could. Room is very spacious, lot more than your standard hotel room with all amenities including a washing machine and a nespresso machine. There is a cute little courtyard to enjoy your coffee or a take away meal. The staff is super nice especially Colin who welcomed us on our first night. Super friendly and helpful. It is also a few minutes from Earls Court tube station with heaps of restaurants (Dolci has great breakfasts) and convenience stores. Would recommend any time and stay again on our next trip.
