Detailed Reviews
Firstly I want to say what a brilliant holiday we had as a family. The young man who helped us when we arrived (forgot his name) was excellent, friendly but professional and seemed to be the lifeguard too (I think).
Upon booking we requested a caravan close to amenities due to having a party member who is disabled. We really couldn't have been any closer, 4 caravans from the shop, arcade, etc. Directly opposite the little park which was ideal. We thought the noise may be an issue however once the doors and windows were closed the noise was gone.
The caravan 9 Garnet, was spotless, all bedding in bags ready to put on ourselves to limit contamination, everything we needed was inside the caravan.
The shop was reasonably priced and had a substantial choice of products.
Masks, we had to wear masks inside the arcade, shop and fish shop, which was fine. Mask to be worn when entertaining the entertainment/bar area and card to given for the track and trace. Once seated the mask can be removed.
Hand sanitiser available pretty much everywhere.
The entertainment itself was good, £2 for bingo which was fantastic, however my only advice for this would be to have the childrens bingo and songs earlier as my little one was very tired and had to leave.
The arcade is not massive and does not have ticket machines but this was actually better for us. Prize bingo is 20p and the prizes on offer are brilliant and of a wife variety.
Overall I'd give this site a 9.5 / 10, losing half a mark for the childrens entertainment. However I believe outside of covid it would score a solid 10.
We would definitely recommend this caravan park and the staff go above and beyond for you. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome at Newton Hall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful from the reception staff to bar staff. We travelled with our 13 year old son and two elderly friends who have limited mobility. We had no issues accessing the club house with a wheelchair, nor the on-site cafe.
The caravan that we stayed in was very comfortable, immaculately clean and even had a decked area with table and 2 chairs that was lovely to sit out on with a morning coffee.
Our caravan was located close to a lovely children’s play area including park and sports pitch. The sports pitch was popular with children and parents playing football. The pitch has a net covering it overhead to prevent any balls escaping…..a thoughtful touch!
We enjoyed breakfast and a Sunday carvery in the cafe which serves very good quality, home cooked meals and cakes at very reasonable prices. There is also a fish and chip shop on site which again, is not expensive to eat at or take away.
We enjoyed our Saturday night in the club house playing bingo followed by a live band. We were welcomed to a suitable table with our wheelchair and the bar service was explained to us. You are able to either order drinks etc through an app, or simply raise an arm and a member of staff will come to the table and take the order, meaning there is no need to queue at the bar. The bar staff did not stop running around looking after a busy room all night, and had smiles on their faces the whole time.
We spent our couple of days visiting some of the sites in Blackpool and the illuminations of course. Blackpool was exceptionally busy this year, maybe a little too busy for our friends, so it was very nice to escape back to our caravan, with Newton Hall being only a 10 minute drive away.
Our son enjoyed some time in the amusements on-site which has a brilliant selection of games to play. We hoped to visit the swimming pool but ran out of time for this.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newton Hall and will return again ourselves.
It is rare to have such outstanding customer service from start to finish.

We're just back from our second visit to this park. The first time, we stayed in a private caravan, which its cleanliness left a lot to be desired, so this time, we booked one of Partington's own caravan and we were not disappointed. I am very fussy when it comes to clean accomodation. We booked a 3 bed gold one. It was spotless. The bedding was all new, the whole caravan was immaculate. I later found out that we were only the 2nd people to stay in this one. The only problem we had was that the power kept tripping if we used more than one appliance at a time - but I made staff aware and they were fixing it. There was also no dustin, but a quick shout to the reception staff and they had one delivered within 10 minutes.
The kids loved Grunty and PomPom, the arcades and the chipshop. We used the new pool facility, which is a massive improvement. I went first thing in the morning and the changing rooms were spotless. No shoes are allowed in the changing rooms, although I suspect some poeple ignore this rule, as when I went with the kids in the afternoon, the floor was a bit fluffy and bitty ( I forgot my flipflops and again, I'm just being picky). The jacuzzi is probably the best one I've used, with various massage jets focusing on different areas, as opposed to your usual pool ones where you're just sat in a bubbly tub. The only thing I think they have missed, is having individual private showers.
Lovely, friendly staff as always :)
We're already looking to return. :o)

Just back from our 1st stay at Newton Hall, booked a gold caravan (located in Garnet), couldn’t fault it, clean, modern, spacious with a small deck out the front & a lovely view of Blackpool Tower! We were opposite the play/football park which was ideal for my children, park is locked at night which is good so no noise at night from the park.
The Entertainment in the Family room from Simon & his team was fantastic (considering the current climate) varied and kept all of us entertained and involved. Visited the swimming pool once which was clean and well organised, the lifeguard (didn’t get his name) was very informative about the pool depths etc and a lovely guy.
Had fish & chips from the onsite chippy, was delicious & reasonable priced.
All the staff at Newton Hall were friendly & welcoming, we’ve stayed at other holiday parks in Blackpool in the past and by far this one has been the best, just wish we knew out about it sooner! We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at Newton Hall for a week as a family of Three. We booked the gold caravan and were very impressed with the level of finish and space it provided. It had a family shower room and a separate onsuite toilet. The only downside was the double mattress - we felt every single spring - this really needs replacing.
Just a few pointers to be made aware of;
1. We were not given information on the opening hours of the facilities on site other than the swimming pool - we had to call reception twice to clarify the opening hours of the fish and chip shop and the supermarket. On our day of arrival the supermarket closed at 5pm which we thought was very early. We never saw the Arcade open and we were told the Fish and Chip shop wasn't open due to being out of season.
2. A few people have mentioned the lack of parking. You can park along the road outside the caravan or on the main Carpark.
3. Newton Hall offer free WiFi, but it's only available for one device. Unfortunately the WiFi connection was terrible and we could never connect to it.
We didn't visit the bar, swimming pool or watch any entertainment as we were using the holiday park more as a base to visit Blackpool and the surrounding areas such as Fleetwood and Lytham St Anne's.
Overall nice quiet caravan site and we'd recommend booking if you're out and about everyday.

I stayed here last weekend with friends and was just totally blown away,,, we stayed in the apartment which was like a five star hotel. Everything about it was beyond luxury, from the bed to the kitchen equipment.
We met the park manager, think she was called Shelly, who was just the perfect host and couldn’t do enough for you. She treated us all like royalty and made a weekend away just perfect!
The whole site is just spotless so much so you could eat your dinner on the floor.
Never stayed anywhere as lovely in the uk before. Thank you to Shelly and staff for making our trip perfect.

Stayed here last week, weather was lovely can't complain, the site was nice and tidy. Arcades clean not many people wore masks indoors. Bar area nice and clean and still some sort of entertainment in the evenings. The cafe and chip shop both served nice tasty food I had a curry from the chippy and it's was so nice and both places good value. the lady who works in both is lovely. Was a bit of a nightmare making up 5 beds on arrival in the hit weather the caravan was like a sauna on arrival not sure if beds aren't made usually or because of covid but I survived.
My only 2 complaints are the swimming facilities we didn't attempt to use them as the queues were huge every day on arrival each booking should be able to choose a time slot so they at least get at least one swim, it's hard to explain to a 3 year old why she can't go swimming at all. The second complaint is the play park we couldn't us it most of the time as it was full of older children who had no respect at all for the younger children and basically took over.
We had a lovely holiday and lots of nice places to visit outside of the site too, and the fishing pond is good shame we didn't catch anything but we had fun trying.

We visited during the Scottish School holiday week, found check in very easy, found caravan jade 22 no bother and of all the sites we have stayed in Haven and parkdean this caravan was by far the cleanest we have stayed in and well equipped as well. Didn't use any of park facilities purely down to the fact we had so much pre booked in Blackpool itself. Park is only 10 mins drive to pleasure beach, Tower and promenade. Found park very quiet too at night. Couple of criticism would be dvd player in caravan didn't work and there is WiFi but it's poor at best but didn't effect our holiday as we we're out most of the time, would definitely return.

We are just home from a week stay in the 4* Blueberry Suite apartment. It was our first stay and the apartment was very spacious and met all our needs as we have a disabled child who is autistic and has severe learning difficulties. Plenty of room for a wheelchair. We had asked for the bed to be pushed against the wall to keep our daughter safe and it wasn’t a problem. It was done for us arriving. The holiday park is about 15 minute drive from the main tourist attractions in Blackpool and the zoo is around 5 min drive. We stayed in the middle of a heatwave and the apartment was really hot. There was fans provided but it really didn’t make a difference so air conditioning would have made the stay a lot more comfortable, especially for our disabled daughter who had problems dealing with the change in surroundings. Wi-Fi wasn’t great but we found even internet access around Blackpool itself was poor. Also if the bath in the main bathroom had a shower attachment, this could have helped to wash our daughters hair. Our daughter has autism and has to have a bath. The only shower is in the en suite through the main bedroom. Also the windows didn’t have child locks so I was a bit nervous leaving our daughter in the room on her own if the window was opened. Other than that we were very happy with the accommodation. It was handy having the laundry room as we could wash towels that were provided and having the shop on site, it had everything you needed. Pool area was spotless and lifeguards very helpful. Fish and chip shop was handy when you were out all day and you just needed to walk to get dinner. My daughter loves animals and it was a bonus that there were cows across from us and a lake with swans and ducks! I still want to leave 5* review as we were still really happy with the accommodation and we are looking to book again for next year.

We stayed here for the first time (myself and partner) as usually, I stay with my own family once a year, however this year was different as I’m heavily pregnant and was having doubts about how safe I would be about covid and cleanliness. I shouldn’t have worried at all. We had to have a late check in (10pm) and reception was still open for us and even if it wasn’t, we had an email back to say there was a number we could call, very understanding. We got to the caravan, easy to find due to handy map with line down the road directly to the van, and was greeted by cleanliness sticker which reassured me, opened the door and it was like it was a brand new van.
Remotes all in wrappers, bedding was all wrapped up, and I couldn’t have felt more safe staying away.
We will be back next year, hopefully with our little one joining us as our first holiday as a family.
Only nag I had, was the knife block, was a little bit unsafe and moved it out the way, just needs changing, scissors were sticking out and I was scared to scratch the work top with it
