Absolutely awful! We unfortunately had our original booking at another place cancelled so had to find something last minute as we had a wedding.
Before we arrived we received a text of the “do’s and don’ts”! Very patronising, telling us that the place was sparkling clean and to keep it that way!
The room itself was old fashioned and basic, we had an en-suite which wasn’t too bad and clean but we were given 2 crappy hard towels! The bed sheets smelt damp and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen or anything as it wasn’t necessary for us.
Whilst we wasn’t expecting luxury, this place was pretty grim and £78 plus £5 to check in an hour early it was extremely over priced!! I wouldn’t recommend this place or would we ever go back!

Located in a very run down area of Southampton. Did not feel safe. Description of hotel was inaccurate. Staff very unhelpful and refused a refund when challenged on how inaccurate their description was. A most unsuitable place to stay - avoid at all costs !!!!

The Booking.com description was inaccurate. It wasn't made clear that the room had no en-suite or kitchen facilities. These were separate and shared by all the other rooms. I am 80, my travelling companion 81. Steep stairs to a tiny bathroom. It took ages to find the light switch, and heaven help you if you want to sit on that toilet! Definetely the worst place I've stayed at. 0* Avoid at all costs!

Close to town, sparkling clean. Easy access and responsive host. The fully equipped kitchen is a plus as I get tired of take away a when i am away. You got everything you need to make a decent meal. There are plenty shops around within a stone’s throw and restaurants and pubs

Cheap and understandably so. Absolutely dreadful . Possibly good for refugees or the homeless but not for anyone looking for somewhere decent to stay. Worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in. Maybe it was clean, but it was tired, old fashioned, smelly and generally unpleasant.
