Really not happy about the amount of noise we have had to hear from the parties 2 floors below. We paid for a suite which obviously costs more and would have expected a more comfortable stay. If we had been advised beforehand at the amount of noise we would have been hearing we would have asked to change for a more peaceful room. 2 nights in a row is very annoying. Don't book a suite unless you don't mind a lot of noise until midnight! Kim Harraway

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here for a night with my wife. What a very plesant stay we had in this lovely hotel. A very modern stylish hotel located in Ocean Village Southampton. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming, nice and helpful. Our room was fantastic, we had a great view overlooking the marina and the sea. I found everything very clean as expected of a hotel of this stature. Later we had a meal in the Jetty resturant. both of our meals were prepared to perfection and the service was excellent. When we checked out we found again the desk staff to be helful, happy and smiling. Our car was in the hotel car park across the road, it was raining quite heavily, so a very kind and helpful gentleman from the front desk took my keys and drove it over to the main entrance at the side of the hotel ready for us. I wourld thoroughly reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Southampton area. It is also very cl;ose to the main part of town. Thank you Habour Hotel for a pleasant stay.

Difficult times but this hotel shows up the rest with the way it is run. From the moment you are greeted on entering the front door the place oozes class. The girl who checked us in was pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable, covid measures were clear but understated. The room was fantastic the complimentary gin and sherry a bonus. Both bars were excellent and all times the staff were courteous, helpful and professional. A lovely relaxing stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Stayed for the first time last night. Modern 5 star hotel with good facilities. Service was better than expected and the staff all tried very hard to ensure we had a good time. We have rebooked again for later this month and this hotel will become our first choice hotel in Southampton.

Customer service was flawless in each department, ie consiege, housekeeping, restaurant, reception. In particular the Jetty restaurant was just a superb experience all round from drinks in the fire side lounge, dinner on my birthday, which passed all expectations. We would like to commend Gabor and Kevin at The Jetty for making our evening so special. We will be back!
