Excellent stay; lovely characterful room and breakfast best start to the day. Staff very attentive. Had evening meal which was also excellent. Very good location. Will be staying there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely in a beautiful village but the cream tea was awful and so expensive. Maybe a one off but a real shame. Really the worst and most expensive cream tea I have ever had

Yes it is, bowls outside hotel all year round. Lovely walks through villages too. Small very friendly hotel. I believe the dog friendly rooms are outside the main hotel but very nice. Enjoy.
