Parked in train station car park across the road. £16 for “one day” which should be 24 hours but actually expires at 3.59am, so a bit of a con! But not the hotels fault. Reception staff all friendly, hotel clean and bright, Room was a little small but the bed was really comfy! Breakfast was included and was ok, no bacon..by the time it was replenished I’d nearly finished my plate so didn’t bother. If it was a little closer to the seafront it would have been perfect but is about a 20 minute walk.

Right next the station. Clean tidy efficient. Good value hotel. Easy walk to seafront and town. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby Very friendly staff. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked really good

The reception area and bar/restaurant is modern and inviting, however we had to queue for check in. The food we ordered at the bar was overpriced and not good quality e.g. £8 for a piece of frozen cheesecake. The room was clean but smelled musty and is in need of a refresh, particularly the bathroom. We had a family room and the double sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, so we didn’t have a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good with a good choice of food and friendly staff. Overall, this hotel is okay if you’re only staying for one night and on a budget. The car park across the road is expensive. £16ish for one day which expires at 4am.

This hotel is located at the side of the main railway station for Brighton and can be accessed through a walkway straight from the main concourse, only being 2-3 minutes walk from there. We arrived on the train and were able to store our bags straight away so we could go out and start to enjoy the town and sights of Brighton. The staff were very helpful and room comfortable and well located. The free breakfast was also very enjoyable and tasty. We were also able to store our bags following check-out until our train at 1900, which was very useful. The hotel is good value, modern and conveniently located for those arriving in the town via public transport and is highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Leonardo which is located just by the station. The staff were excellent especially the gentlemen at reception. The rooms are spacious, clean rooms with comfy beds. The hotel as a whole is modern and decor pleasing to the eye. I had a wonderful stay.

Very poor check in, just given the key and that was it.. no info about the hotel, local area or where anything was in the hotel (restaurant, bar, elevator) etc… worst check in we’ve ever had all over the world. Had a snack in the restaurant which was a sandwich and a bowl of (so called soup) the sandwich was meant to be made with bloomer bread but was normal bread and looked like it was made by a child, when we complained to the waiter we was told… ‘oh well, that’s how we make them’ which is ridiculous behavior from a so called 4* hotel. 4* outside and 1* inside. We was out all day the first day, got back to the room at 16.45 and the room had not even been made up so we had to find the cleaner and ask them to do it. The next 2 days the room was made up BUT with no clean towels, sheets and tea/coffee etc not replenished

I could say a lot about all the problems I encountered here but I'll keep it brief as I don't want to waste my energy on feedback the hotel will go ignore. I checked out a night early as I couldn't stand it any longer which I have never done before in my life. Both my supposed "superior room* and the customer service were dreadful. I stayed here many times when it was Jurys Inn without issue but it has gone rapidly downhill since changing to Leonardo. Before I stayed here I had spent 2 nights at the Leonardo Waterfront Brighton & that was exceptional in every way. This sister hotel is very much the poor relation. Avoid.

Who's idea was it to plonk a table football machine in the middle of the bar/reception area? If you want a relaxing drink in the bar you won't get it. Screaming shrieking children everywhere. We had to sit the other end of reception. 10am in the morning, 9pm in the evening same result. Never stayed in a hotel that has this. Also, nobody picked up that the coffee machine at breakfast , both of them, if you want a latte, you will get a extremely lukewarm cup of milk and then it pours the coffee once full so you make a mess everywhere. Tried a white coffee. Disgusting. Have stayed here 5 or 6 times. Won't again. You simply can't relax because of the racket from screaming kids and table football. Why on earth is the football positioned there?

The Leonardo Hotel was amazing. My brother took me here for my birthday and we had the best time!! The staff were so lovely and friendly, aswell as helpful. We didn’t get to spend that much time at the hotel as we spent most of our time exploring Brighton. Our room was gorgeous 10/10 and the whole place was very clean. Breakfast was nice, but the bar served amazing drinks. The lady behind the bar was so kind, took pictures for us and was so friendly. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you for an incredible stay :)

We stayed here to bring NEW YEAR in for 2024. 🥃🥳. We had two nights here and loved it. Lovely family room and we found the staff extremely professional and very helpful and friendly. It has a lovely Bar and Restaurant which we made full use of!🍾🥂 We would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back, Paul & Katie.
