Great service - great drinks recommendations - positive energy - all round fantastic service - me and my friends will definitely be returning. - best passion fruit martini I have ever had. James absolutely carried the venue.
Lovely bar staff, James was extremely polite and happy to offer great recommendations for things to do in the local area. All staff very welcoming and look forward to staying there in the near future.
James was fu***** phenomenal, best bar staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. 10/10 would shag again! 😂 jk in the shag but he was fu***** fantastic, great service, great person and a phenomenal lover! Xx
Conveniently located for the station, good amenities and good rooms. I have stayed here numerous times for work and it’s always great. Reliable, comfortable and with staff on the front desk that go above and beyond. Highly recommend. I’ll certainly return.
The customer service provided by your staff is second to none. We were served a number of times by Mirela at the bar. She always had a huge smile for us and was so very friendly. Although we were staying at the Stroudley Jury’s Inn, our departure coach was actually picking up from near the front. Given that we wanted to spend our last day along Brighton front and my sister has some mobility problems, we spoke to Serena on reception about the possibility of leaving our luggage at the Jury’s Inn waterfront. Nothing was too much for Serena. She kept trying to call the waterfront hotel to check if possible and arrange it for us. She couldn’t get thru for some time so I went back to our room while she continued to try to connect with Waterfront. I cannot tell you how happy I was an hour later when it was all arranged. Serena had taken care to note the managers name who had agreed to this (in the unlikely event of there being a problem) Serena clearly went over and above and her service was delivered with a huge big smile. She is a great asset to Jury’s Inn. I worked in Banking Recruitment for many, many years and she would most certainly be the model candidate to deliver exemplary customer service. Storing our luggage at the hotel nearer to our pick up departure point made so much difference to how we were able to fully enjoy our last day in Brighton without the hassle of having to arrange taxis up and down the hill. I expected there to be a hassle when we arrived with our luggage for storage at the Waterfront hotel but again I was incredibly surprised that my request had been fully communicated and “Ken” was waiting with a big friendly smile to collect and store our luggage. All in all we had a super couple of days, all made better by the wonderful friendly staff. Thank you.…
Hotel booked by EasyJet as overbooked flight re-routing. From London Gatwick is approximately 40 minutes. It is located opposite Brighton Central Station. Very convenient for walking around the city. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful staff. Thanks to Serena, at the reception, always smiling, kind and professional.
Booked this hotel for a hen weekend looks great upon arrival friendly staff but that was all that was good about our stay. At least 4 of our rooms were dirty with stained carpets, curtains, walls and windows air con not working and when we told reception a fan was provided no efforts to fix it. There was what looked like dry blood on some parts of the carpet and stained food or sick marks on the carpet. Some of the carpet was still wet. After checking out the hotel informed us they were taking our £100 deposit as one of the room carpets had been stained when we knew it hadn’t once challenged the hotel sent a picture of what can only be described as a bleach stain on the carpet that has clearly had some sort of product dropped or spilt from a cleaner and they are trying to accuse us of causing it very poor attitude from the duty manager poor communication and no acceptance of responsibility. Still trying to get our money back I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason especially after the state of the other rooms they left us with and they then have the cheek to do that.…
Curtains at window clearly not been washed in a long time... no extractor fan working in bathroom... no air con... gave us a pathetic small fan. Are not refunding our deposit as claiming a stain patch by the door was created by us! You can clearly see it is from a cleaning product... shame on you Jury's Inn.... we were not a group of teens... mostly from mid 20s up to 65.... So take pics if you go here before you unpack... best if you don't go! Had a brilliant hen weekend... but spoilt by Jury's Inn blame game!
Cleaners are a mess needs to be sacked Absolutely filthy hotel , curtains are so dirty carpets in most rooms were stained 🤢 would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even for a stag or hens , cleaners spilled what it looks like bleach on the floor outside bathroom and was told the deposit cannot be returned as we damaged the carpet , huge big bleach stain was not here when we got the room. please do not book this hotel as they will blame you on their hotel being filthy and keep your deposit. Jury’s inn sort your selfs out as well as the rooms how you think this is acceptable. Your cleaners should be held accountable for this mess absolutely disgraceful
I've stayed at both of Brighton's Jury's Inn and this one didn't disappoint. (Neither did the sea front one, I just forgot to leave a review at the time) Easy check in. As a solo female traveller, I feel secure that you cannot enter the lifts without a key card. Great idea. Obviously a popular choice for group bookings but also for individuals. Room is lovely. Love it that they don't scrimp on towels and pillows. All spotless. Room has everything you need. I love having a bath! Didn't sample the food in the restaurant but after downloading the Hotel info, the food is varied and reasonably priced. Looking forward to breakfast! The other hotel did an amazing breakfast - it was a buffet one but staff were just so lovely, despite it being early.
